Hello ive tried to root my s7 edge and successfully works, and for some reason, i turned off the oem unlock in dev options. The time comes when my phone got empty, so i quickly tried to charge it but it stuck on s7 edge logo and has a red font above saying "custom binary block by frp lock" i managed to get through it by flashing stock rom from sammobile but on the first boot, my s7 edge was so laggy and cant even make a simple home button it takes so much time for keys to function and there are popping up errors "com.sec.epdg has stopped" and " IMS Service has stopped" and in notifications bar saying "upgrading android/updating android" something like that. luckily i be able to turn it off and go for factory data reset. but after setting the phone, my settings got messed up like theres 2 application, 2 device maintenance and and other additional settings like t roaming, service provider which i dont see on my settings before it all messed up. I also realize that i cant find the fast charging settings which explains why its not so fast when i do charging. Can anyone please help me? You think i flash the wrong stock rom? My original product code is :crying: and i cant seem to find it in sammobile. sorry for my english but any help would be so much appreciated.
Btw, my phone was bought from UAE and im pretty sure that my model number is SM-G935FD. My phone is dual sim. However, when i chose the SM-G935FD category in sammobile, i noticed that there were no UAE country, so i choose to download the stock rom coming from vietnam because at the box of the phone it says manufactured in vietnam so i think thats what pushed me to download it. please help

I just spent 6 hours using the other methods described with the missing "Upgrade Data Services" option to no avail. I have a Sprint g930P and this was the only method that actually worked. Much kudos to you!:good:
You are very welcome
My FRP method this:
Phone G935A, used Firmware G935U (not AT&T bloatware)
Insert prepaid sim 0$, and 0mb internet, but LTE network...
Personalise phone start, and wifi not turn on. Google verification fail, and NEXT button active...
Personalise finish, and turn dev.opt on, oem unlock on, and add the google account.

Any ideas?
For s7 edge Android 7.0
Go to Google verification in set up wiz type long string misc characters, after a pretty long line start , select all, copy paste until your phone starts slowing down almost freezing, can take awhile for this to happen when you have a long enough string of letters and numbers, the verification Wil give you a error message. And say try again. When you hit enter or continue you should notice at top of screen where notifications pop up time, phone charge ect, will be different background the set up wiz. Repeat this 3-4-5 times pasting the string and getting error message not sure exact count just know more then once or twice. When you think you've done it enough hit the back button all the way to the beginning of start up wizard. If done correctly should now give option to set up accessibility options blow select language before emergency call. Enter into it set option mess with it a bit until you get your notification bar and quick setting menu to drop from top of phone after that long press setting button to enter phone settings. Set up much as you can and modify app permission set some accounts especially Samsung. At some point shod get option to download sam browser or other apps when you can either web browser or an app store download my Knox and secure folder if possible. Make sure you give my Knox admin right on reg phone set up and in the app itself . After have done so and select yes for Knox to be able to back up reset your phone go to a pc or other device with web service log into Knox online and wipe your device from there and frp should now be reset. I've only done this on Android 7.0 and 6 on two s7edge phones and one Luna . It's an older way m modified a little bit I did last night on the Luna and still seems to work

Hi guys.
Today I bought a used S7 Edge Duos, but in perfect conditions.
However, I'm facing some problems and I'm not being able to solve them so I would like to ask for your help.
When I first booted the phone I got a LOGGINGSERVICE error.
Every now and then I get a popup message stating that same error , although I can use the phone normally.
What I can say is that the phones kind of stops every now and then. I owned already a regular S7 and a S7 Edge and the behaviour of mine is not normal. Even when i'm typing I get the phone stuck without explanation.
I also get a security message stating that "not allowed actions have been performed" and that I need to restart the phone to solve the.
Tried to install a update that keeps popping but every time, the update fails!
I have no knox installed and the knox counter is ZERO so the phone has not been rooted or anything that could arm the motherboard or anything like that!
I'm really worried because S7 Edge Duos is completely everything I wanted on a phone.
Can anyone help me finding solutions???
PS: Sorry if my english is not very accurate.
Flash the new firmware? Maybe...
Factory reseted? I would flash a new firm and see
I have the S7 Edge SM-G935F, which is the exynos version I believe.
It starting with unrooting, which boot looped my device. I have tried samsung kies firmware recovery but the download always stopped at a certain percentage saying an error was found in the dowloaded file. I tried to fix it by flashing what I believed was the stock bootloader with odin but that made my problem worse.
It turns on and shows a red coloured screen, and the voice assistant kicks in to babble but seems to not respond to touch at all. I think I can go into download mode, because I've seen a shop assistant get into it when I took it to see if they can fix it. Unfortunately It would cost 230 euros, which I cannot afford. And in case you are wondering, no I didn't buy the phone. I got it as a birthday gift, as I never owned a smartphone before that.
I loved trying out apps and tweaking the phone with root, but unfortunately I wasn't careful enough.
Is there any hope for me? Thanks in advance if anyone could help me out.
EDIT: Thank you to both replies! I did as you said and I downloaded the correct firmware. It seems the one I flashed before was actually incompatible. Everything works now thought, I lost all data but better than having no phone.

Go to sammobile.com, create an account & download the latest firmware for SM-G935F. Install Samsung Drivers on pc. Boot device into download mode. Extract the downloaded firmware and use odin to flash it.
In case you don't know there are 2 S7 phones, S7(930F) and S7 Edge(935F) and their firmware files are not exactly interchangeable.
I think you might flash s7 firmware on your s7e since red screen is the same symptoms when you flash S7flat kernel on S7 Edge. The fix is easy, just reflash again with the correct file.

So, i bought 3 used Samsung s8 from China. All three are origanlly SM-950U but they were flashed SM-9500(CHina's version), so i donwloaded SM-950U and flashed it on all three S8.
Oddly enouogh, one Samsung s8 has this weird Spirnt OADAM spam message that i can't turn off. And i went to system update, it says UICC unlock, this device is locked to Sprint only. But I tried inserting my own siim card, network and call both work!!! (which means it is not a locked device)
The other two samsung s8 also have the oadam message, but they successfully completed the configuration. ( I also went to system update, and it DOENS'T say "this device is locked to sprint only"
Does anything know why the first device couldn't complete the OADAM, and the otheres two could???
They are the same model, and i flashed the same rom...
And how can i permanenntly erase that message???
i Can't find any answer anywhere.
Thankk you everyone for your attention and help.
I hope i can get some answer.
