Hey all,
On my S3, if I used the stock internet app, it synced all my bookmarks from my Google Chrome.
But on the S4 it doesn't do this...
Anyone know how to make it work?
I was just making a thread about this subject. I have created some bookmarks manually now but I too want to sync the stock browser with Google and not a Samsung Account.
Seems they left more stuff out because labs is gone and zoom to fit too.
I think you have to use google Chrome for that.

S Memo isn't disabled or anything the first time I opened it it worked fine, even let me start a new note. When i went to save the note it crashed and now everytime I try to open S Memo it crashes? Heres a list of samsung related apps I have frozen idk if that has anything to do with it.

Try unfreezing them and see if it works again. If it does, re-freeze them one at a time until you figure out which one (if any) is causing the crash.

If you want S Memo to work make sure that S Note Provider is NOT Disabled/Frozen
Hi, I have a problem with the stock browser, it does not sync with the chrome desktop bookmarks. Galaxy S3 can do the job as long as you have the gmail account. Any one have the same problem? Is there a fix for this problem?
Same problem. The stock browser can create bookmark folders and has by default a Samsung's bookmarks, but I cannot have my google account bookmarks like I did on my Nexus S. What am I doing wrong?

Unfortunately you are not doing anything wrong and this is a general "problem" (rather limitation by design) which can only be solved by Samsung. I believe you will get bookmark sync if you create a Samsung account but can't confirm for sure (and it won't be with your google account).
I too am very disappointed at this, as the stock browser in the S3 was simply outstanding so I always used that instead of Chrome or Opera...

Thanks for your reply. What a shame. I am not interested in having a Samsung account in parallel to my Google one, and would like to have everything centralised. Alternatively, a way is to use Chrome, but then Air/Smart scroll do not work!

Is it possible to import or sync the google saved bookmarks with the Samsung browser? It worked just fine on SGS3 but I can't find the option under accounts on this device.

I'm trying to export my samsung internet bookmarks into Firefox but not having much luck at all. I first thought about using the samsung internet extension in Chrome to sync the bookmarks into chrome and then do an export from there. But this went a bit wrong when the extension deleted all of my samsung bookmarks and synced over my old chrome bookmarks. I wanted it to delete my old chrome bookmarks and copy over the newer ones from the Samsung browser.
I've looked on the play store for a bookmark utility which could possibly import & export across different browsers but haven't found anything.
Any suggestions appreciated.
