Export Samsung Internet bookmarks into Firefox - Samsung Galaxy S10+ Questions & Answers

Hi All,
I'm trying to export my samsung internet bookmarks into Firefox but not having much luck at all. I first thought about using the samsung internet extension in Chrome to sync the bookmarks into chrome and then do an export from there. But this went a bit wrong when the extension deleted all of my samsung bookmarks and synced over my old chrome bookmarks. I wanted it to delete my old chrome bookmarks and copy over the newer ones from the Samsung browser.
I've looked on the play store for a bookmark utility which could possibly import & export across different browsers but haven't found anything.
Any suggestions appreciated.

How to move iphone/IE/Chrome bookmarks to the Vibrant?

How can I move these bookmarks into the the default browser?? Is there an app that might be able to do such a move? I have a folder of bookmarks exported from the iphone (synced with IE) into Google Chrome. Now, how can I get these bookmarks from Google's own browser into their mobile browser?
Thanks for any ideas...
Dolphin had sync with google bookmarks briefly but it didn't work properly. I wonder I'd there is a way?

Couldn't you just export your bookmarks to html file, put it on sd card, and then import it via browser settings? I've never done this before and my phone is off, so I'm just making an assumption here.

There's an add-on to the Dolphin browser called Bookmarks to SD. It is supposed to export and import and sync to Google Bookmarks, but it doesn't seem to do ANY of those three things.

You would think so, but I don't see a way to do it. I have all bookmarks in one HTML file on the SD card but no way to import them.

Dolphin HD Bookmarks Sync

So, am I the only one having issues getting the stock browser's bookmarks to sync or at least import to Dolphin? Tried everything (including the abysmal 'Bookmarks to SD' app) with no luck. I really liked the stability and speed of Dolphin but I have tons of bookmarks synced over from my desktop that I rely on to give it up.
PS - Opera Mobile is horrible and I don't care what anyone says.
Same problem with stock browser, my bookmarks are incomplete, but with dolphin and bookmarks to sd it's all right, and i have choose for this last one
Firefox: export bookmarks.html, copy to tablet, use "bookmark to sd" app and import the html.
F that, I'll stick with stock browser instead. It's too much of a hassle.
I don't understand why instead of syncing with Gmail, it can't sync/share the same location as the stock browser and let the stock browser do all the syncing.

[Q] Trouble Syncing Bookmarks to built in browser

I just got a Galaxy Note 10.1 a few days ago and I am overall pleased with it. But I am trying to sync my bookmarks but the internal browser never finishes the sync, it just kind of hangs there. I successfully synced the Chrome Browser, but the built in one just won't complete. When I load it up a good portion of the bookmarks are missing, It does seem to have created all the folders and subfolders of the bookmarks menus though. Anyone else ever have a similar problem that knows how to get sync to successfully complete? So far I have wiped the data with application manager a couple of times now, but so far it always never completely finishes the sync.
On a related note, since chrome successfully synced the bookmarks, is there a way to get the bookmarks to go from the android chrome browser to the built in one without using the google sync? That would also be an alternative, or maybe importing the bookmarks.html file I exported from firefox? I can't believe it's coming up on 2013 and these mobile browsers can't simply import bookmarks manually from a .html file on a sdcard.
Also FYI, if your settings are set to encrypt all data for your google account, the chrome browser syncs fine, but the built in browser fails to import any of the bookmarks. It gives an error message that something is wrong with sync and to try later.
Update:
Well it seems it did complete the sync sometime during the night. I checked this morning and all the bookmarks showed up in the internal browser. Strangely though every directory was duplicated, for example I had 2 "Forums" folders, one empty, one with all my links. I had to manually delete all the incomplete or empty bookmark directories. I am not sure how it got fixed, I didn't do a thing.

Importing/syncing bookmarks.

Is it possible to import or sync the google saved bookmarks with the Samsung browser? It worked just fine on SGS3 but I can't find the option under accounts on this device.
Cheers.
So everyone gave up on their bookmarks when this phone hit the market? Or did everyone go Chrome?
I do use chrome
but have good luck with MyBackUp Pro

How do you sync stock browser bookmarks with computer?

I am trying to get my bookmarks on my phone from my chrome browser on my computer but there is no option in the syncing to sync with your google account. I don't wish to use the Chrome browser all the time and besides having your bookmarks in chrome from your requires you to keep sync enabled and I don't want to as that uses battery that I don't want to spend. So is there anyway to sync your stock browser with chrome from your desktop for bookmarks to be on the phone?
I just started looking into this last night myself and so far haven't found a solution. Looks like it's a known issue though... keep us posted if you find a resolution.
i use the chrome browser on my PC and the stock aosp browser on my S4. both browsers are signed in to my gmail. bookmarks sync perfectly. as a matter of fact, hyperlinks sync as well. if i view an xda thread on my device, it shows it as read on my PC.
