i have android 6 and facebook works as expected, allow it in dropzone and also alow it in power manager so it wont be disabled automaticaly, last thing i can advise you is to go to app settings and see if notifications permission is allowed, if you do everything as i said ther is no reason to be any problem, if it works for me, it will be to you, if still wont work, try wipe you system and reflash whole system again vie stock recovery and button method

if you have messenger protected, allowed in dropzone and you granted the notification permission to the app then there is problem in something else, try reflash your rom with wipping all

I had the android 6 before, and i had this problem too.
So i don't think that, the reflash will help

well, i read many people with many problems, from battery life to notifications problem, and some wrote that it can be related to SW they flashed update from, sadly i can not help much here, if you are on stock rom, last i could advise you is to try ARROW rom or even Lineage OS 13, devs made very good job there and especially Arrow is very stable and has absolutely the best battery life you could imagine, maybe it will help after all

I emailed them and tried the website. In the reply to the email they said: log in continously 14 days to Huawei ID. The website said, the IMEI and Product Number does not match.

To get the actual IMEI, using the dialler enter *#*#2846579#*#* to access the Project Menu, then select: 2. Veneer Informations > 4. Other info.
To get the Product Number (8 digit code), using the dialler enter *#*#1357946#*#*
When you enter these on their website, is it still saying the IMEI and Product Number do not match?
If they do not match, where did you buy the phone from?

Nevermind. It just wants the first 15 digits. I was just skipping a 2 in it, for some reason. It worked.

If I'm not mistaken, doesn't the HardSPL allow for any ROM to be loaded?

Installs just fine on phone with hardspl and custom rom -- I've done it.
Worked great... Thanks a million!
give somw details
whats the scoop hows 6.5 whats the difference? fill me in case if i download i cant go back to 6.1
Thanks for the link. It worked fine for me, and didn't take very long. 6.5 uses a lot more memory than did 6.1, but no problems.

hmm, I thought 6.5 would take a windows 7 effect giving you more features with less required resources...I cant wait for the official to come out for Sprint...

The differences between WM6.1 and WM6.5 are worthwhile, in my opinion...but better resource utilization isn't one of the benefits.
Disclaimer: My opinion of "worthwhile" may be different than others...but I can't imagine anyone preferring 6.1 over 6.5 unless minimum resource-utilization is their primary criterion.
Hey guys,
Possibley an ignorant question but this is my first window mobile device. Despite searching there is just too much info for me to figure it out on my own.
Is this a good version of WM 6.5 to update my UNLOCKED Touch Pro 2 with or will it re-lock my phone to T-mobile? I am in Canada am currently on the Fido network.
Also I am running WM 6.1 currently and have never upgraded a phone before.
I appreciate everyone's helpful advice.
Thanks,
Dan
So what happens to all my purchased apps? Do they transfer over? Coreplayer for example, I paid like 30 bucks for that. Would I lose it if I go to 6.5??

If you got a serial number, you probably are covered. But you might want to contact vendor first to make sure.

I haven't had a problem so far (with many different roms flashed). The paid-for apps accept the same "key" or serial number as I've used before.
Of course...that doesn't mean that all apps-companies are as nice....so yeah, might want to check first.

T-Mo US: Yes.
Same as leaked version (from 7-Jan)?: IDK. Some insist "yes"...which seems likely, but I don't know if that's been proven. I think they appear to be the same.
just curious. I have sprint. What happens if I use this?

[Q] T-Mobile HTC Leo, Needs to be Unlocked

Hi...
I Bought a T-Mobile HTC Leo the (Rom 1024 Version),,, I installed HSPL 2.08 and MAGLDR, Then Installed Android ICS,, I Don't know My Radio Version
The Mobile Still Asks for a Code to Unlock the Network and SIM,,,
Can this be done if I installed the 2.15 Radio Version???? or is there any way that this can be done for free without buying the code fro the internet????? and If not,, which sites are really trusted to buy from???
Thanks alot
no, no free unlocking. Nothing to do with hspl, magldr or anything, , only way to network unlock is with a code.

I suggest contacting T-Mobile, or check top-rated sellers on ebay.
You should try on ebay for a code from unlock fusion: affordable, fast & reliable.
In order to use this code, you'll have to install a (WM) stock ROM.

Yeah since you have CWM you're in a better position than the guy I was replying to in that post, you can make a full NAND backup before flashing to WinMo so you'll keep all of your data.

try it through android first, , you never know. There's some uncertainty, so it'd be a shame to wipe and flash for nothing.

Can he lose the code? I mean, is the code a one-time only?
hmm, good thought,,,
there are threads around where people claim to have used it under android and its stuck, , certainly in eth early days of android, it appeared to stick but was locked after a reboot, , thats where teh idea that it must be run under winmo came from.
Personally i only unlocked it once, , under winmo, so never had to think about it too much.

Sokoban's ROM problem

After deciding to try Sokoban 's modified B564, everything's going great so far. Only problem seems to be that both in the lock screen and in the notification tray, month and day of the week are in Chinese/japanese. Anyone know why it may be? Or if there's any way to fix it? Apparently it's only cosmetic and annoying, but it may be a symptom of a worse problem.
Because youre probably trying the KangVIP which is based on the chinese rom.

com.android.huawei.hiddenmenu.main.hidden...???

I use TBU to debloat my os. Great program, I've used it for several years now.
As I was browsing through installed apps on my N6P yesterday, I came upon this:
com.android.huawei.hiddenmenu.main.hidden...
Does anyone know what this is? And could someone please explain to me what it does?
Thanks
