Does anyone know if there is a possibility to enable always on display by samsung apk? Or if with the update to nougat is there possibility of this feature being added to the A2016 line?

After scanning through the play store to see if I could find an app for multi-window that didn't require exposed(yes, I am aware it does) I came accross an app that is used to enable and disable multi-window on the s6 and its siblings. I used it and had this come into my quick settings?? Is there a way we can actually get this working, as it seems it has some basic level of support for multi window? Bro is multi window available in Samsung A3 6 ive searched everywhere in the phone .....but didn't found tried many apps but not working...... Any suggestions.....

But split screen (multi window) is there in A5 and A7 I've checked but even after updating my A3 to nougat I didn't got the split screen........
It isn't in the default A3-6 Nougat but there are many custom ROMs here that you can install with multiwindow enabled. Try Advanced 3 ROM, or, even better, Revolution OS for A310-x.
There are also lots of MM versions with MW ported, again, Adv 3 and ENIGMA v1-v8, to name a couple.
If you don't want to install a custom ROM for any reason, try an app called Taskbar, available on the Play Store, it uses your Recent Apps window space as a multiwindow staging area that you can customise very nicely, without root on Lollipop and above. Accessibility service is required.

After upgrading to Oreo/Samsung Experience 9.0 can no longer use those 2 files to forcefully scheme the notifications and other windows black.
Has Android Oreo removed the ability in general to force themes by use of APK? Heard that was a security 'feature' but any developers have a new workaround? Please, as I can never get used to ugly white panels. Please let there be a workaround. Thanks, and comments appreciated.
Bump. Please I need an updated apk that will work with unlocked s8 regular not plus on oreo. It seems there are updated apk for the s8 plus on oreo but it won't work with regular s8.

I would like to know if It is possible install the Google Camera on the Galaxy S5 G903F and if possible I would like if someone help me because I already tried adding the line "persist.camera.HAL3.enabled = 1" to enable the Camera2 API but apparently it does not enable it and I think it is the reason why the GCam is closed. The are multiple reasons why Google camera won't work with on the s5. The first is that the s5 is 32bit compared to the 64 bit of Google camera. Second, the is currently no way to get camera2api support as it requires almost impossible reverse engineering. Plus lineage 15.1 is still unstable and the camera always require extra work

Is there a way to install a native screenshot app or whatever you wanna call it so I can have better functionality with my screenshots? Especially the long screenshots, and cropping and editing the screenshot before saving it? So I can just hold power+volume down and I can do all that I have mentioned there. Mind you my phone is Samsung A5 2016, with DotOS v 2.5 android 8.1 ROM installed. Thanks!

i think there is one chance: use a touch-monitor with USB-c input - you can try to get this monitor running with your device.
With my S9 this works without any problems...
But i am not sure, that this will work without any configuration on the phone (which is not possible for you...)

Well there may be another chance too, if he takes off the back panel and knows someone with another j5 2017, he could take the display connector and apply it to the other j5 2017.
