Help please I have a bricked ALE-L21 (stuck on LOGO) I manage to unlock the bootloader and tried many variants of repair unbrick p8 lite no luck i can not acces recovery to wipe it I do not know witch rom was on it Thanks in advance

Ok well, flash the TWRP Recovery, make a FULL Wipe and then retry the flash via fastboot, but what a Firmware Version are you use? B170? Or older-newer?

How to make the wipe is the problem?

boot into recovery, select wipe, select advance wipe and select all options, but not the sd card. Ive its done reboot into Bootloader and Flash the Firmware via fastboot again.

Fastboot flash should be enough. Please redownload your firmware from huawei and extract it again to make sure it is not corrupted.

Done that but the phone wont boot into recovery vol+ power short long vol+ Vol- Power none work

I dont understand this, you must push vol+ and power until the boot logo appears.

You can use my Link with the B170 Firmware. I think your Firmware ist out of date.

beter you start from build 132 which contain vendor file for fixing balong bug...then install build 170 ota version(+-330mb)then build 188 ota version...I bricked my device and fixed with this steps...

I have the "toolkit" and a current SuperSU zip. PC is Linux, had adb operational.
So, what do I do with these files?

I did the above procedure but did not succeed, apparently the procedure was completed but the device did not restart in recovery mode, I did the reboot manually and it seems to me that TWRP was not installed.
Is there anything that can be done? My device has the mediatek processor deca core, 3G / 64 ROM.

So what now?
There is a "tutorial" on how to get the OEM unlock including asking MI's permission. I think even seasoned hackers would get cold feet at this whole procedure.

but when I try to reboot into twrp recovery (volume botton up + power) the device reboot in mi bootloop 3 times and doesn't boot into custom recovery.

No worries. I had an idea this might be the case as I had the same issue on the J330F and had to fix the issue on that device also.
The 2 devices are fairly similar.
In the meantime an otg mouse should work.

Just getting back to you now. I think the bootloop is caused by TWRP because I haven't even attempted to flash SuperSU.
My process:
I move SuperSU and the no-verity file over to my internal storage before flashing TWRP in Odin. I flash TWRP. I reboot into recovery. Touch screen works but I can't mount internal storage to flash no-verity or SuperSU. I reboot and instead of being asked to reset it's just a boot loop.
Flashed the stock rom.

You can Use the TWRP from MI8 and then you only have to edit the updater script in the custom.rom.zip
0. Use "MI8 TWRP" on "MI8 Explorer Edition" and install custom ROM
1. open downloaded custom "rom.zip"
2. go to -> \xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8Explorer_V10.0.4.0.OEHCNFH_v10-8.1.zip\META-INF\com\google\android\
3. edit -> updater-script
4. change -> getprop("ro.product.device") == "ursa" to getprop("ro.product.device") == "dipper"
5. enjoy

I use this recovery to flash new rom but now i can't find rise to wake any rom i flash.

I test it and its works perfect. I Like wzsxr150 work.

Everytime i install TWRP im never able to boot a new rom... ive tried miui.eu and others because i want global but the phone is stuck on the roms screen loading but never starts... no bootloop though...
other than the recovery do u install anything else? any other steps?

Did you run in twrp data wipe? This is required in the first installation for the xiaomi, eu version

the only workin magisk with this is only up to 16.6 any up version above give bootloop

[GUIDE] How to Root OnePlus 8 without TWRP

So today with some testers i managed to make root on OnePlus 8, I want to specify that 95% of the work was done by @topjohnwu (Magisk creator).
I will explain 2 different guides:
First Root Guide:
This guide is for a specific rom version, so you will need to use a specific patched boot.img
- Download the patched_boot.img
- Reboot your device in bootloader-fastboot mode
- Flash the patched_boot.img in the boot partition:

fastboot flash boot boot.img
replace "boot.img" with the patched_boot.img path
- Reboot the device
- Install Magisk Manager
Second Root Guide:
This guide is more generic than the first one, you should use this one if you are unable to find a specific patched boot.img
- Download a patched_boot.img (you should try with the latest one)
- Reboot your device in bootloader-fastboot mode
- Boot the patched_boot.img:

replace "boot.img" with the patched_boot.img path
- Reboot the device
- Install Magisk Manager
- Click on Install, then direct install and wait the end of the process
- Reboot the device
TIPS:
You can get the stock boot images from the fastboot rom: Fastboot ROMs
HOW TO UPDATE a ROM and KEEP ROOT:
Before all Disable all magisk modules
Be sure to use Canary Magisk Manager and Canary Magisk (debug)
You can update a stock rom from phone settings with local upgrade:
- Update the Rom WITHOUT REBOOT;
- Open Magisk Manager;
- In Magisk Manager, click on Install/Install/Direct Install;
- Again in Magisk Manager, click on Install/Install/Inactive Slot;
- Reboot.

Yes thanks for the report, i linked the folder before the root folder. However updated the link in the first post

just wondering, is there a way to patch it urself?

It's with locked bootloader or unlocked bootloader ?

i reckon the only way to flash a boot image is to have an unlocked bootloader

Does it work with any OS version?

Is anybody able to upload a 10.5.3-EUROPE magisk patched (and stock) boot image?
If you're on this, DO NOT try with 10.5.2. It involves the SIMs not being usable and the system UI to regularly crash.

I followed this thinking I was on International 15.5.3 so flashed 10.5.3-GLOBAL-magisk_patched. I now cannot connect to WIFI and can't update via local system update as I'm on the latest EU version.
Any suggestions?

Used the unbrick tool to revert back to EU 10.5.1 back to complete stock and locked bootloader. WIFI working.
Ran the same sets again this time using the matching 10.5.1-EUROPE-magisk_patched file and still ran into the no WIFI issue :/

I lost the finger print.
