I cant update mine for now cause i dont want to lose my root, thats why i asked
If you are rooted, you can copy the downloaded file and post it here. Usually it is located in "/data/data/com.motorola.ccc.ota/app_download" and the name starts with "Blur_Version...."
Then un-root and update if you want. Or not...
What's the size of the update? And and and could you like translate the image

The only diferent thing from all the "regular" text is that it says that its a security update.
Its like 43 mb

Unfortunately, SuperSU does not work on 7.0 YET. I recommend you use Magisk root method that you can fond somewhere on XDA. And, given that you rooted, I imagine that you have a custom recovery. You will need to flash your stock recovery before you update in order for the OTA to be successful.
Interestingly, the build is NPJS 25.93-14.4 - perhaps the S means it's a security patch (which would make sense given the update notes)?
As for rooting with SuperSU, the existing method with ElementalX/SuperSU may still work, but until more people have the update and tested it, we can't say. That particular update is not here in the UK, so it could be territory specific or taking time to deploy.
Ill try over the weekend if nobody does it before so

Why do you want the update? Once you update Towelroot, Safestrap, etc most likely won't work anymore.
Mine will not update says installation has been interrupted any ideas
Like all of the updates so far, you likely will not be able to update if you have rooted or made any adjustments to the system folder/files. If you really want this update the best bet is to flash stock NC2 and then go from there. Personally I am going to hold off until root is achieved.

Just installed it, nothing changed much actually visualy except notification bar. The most annoying think is when u use a card view for recent apps, there is no clear all apps option, or i didnt see it maybe

For model "a5ul" Thailand user, you must use "Sunshine 3" to back to "S-Off" "UNLOCKED" "FULL UNROOT" "Stock Recovery".
I'm not developer for this device. I think it's can't root and install any custom recovery now (same as bug in specific recovery for AOSP Base, CM12 ROM)
You shouldn't flash boot.img cus to BRICK device.

flashed the root package with recovery from previous and seemed to work for me
tried to flash emo kernal all bad need boot and aboot images from new N915PVPU4COFE build

i just installed the OTA on FRD-L04 with TWRP as the recovery while rooted and it did went well no issues, only thing had to relash TWRP and SuperSU

All I did was wait for the OTA and then hit the update now button and it booted to TWRP by itself and installed

I flashed this sometime ago manually via adb from stock 5.1. I haven't received any update meantime.
The update says it will bo to new version 24.201.5.en.EU
weird.i heard October OTA is 66,4 mb.but i couldnt install.i give up i bored to be unrooted and wait is rediculous.i now flashed droid 2 rom port with inbuild October patches!

Is it safe to asssume that if i revert to unrooted March 6.0.1 version, and take this ota October update, i can root this again like previously with the twrp supersu method?
