"Complete" vs "estimated shipping november 15"

Ok so there are two statuses....what is the difference?

then why have two different statuses lol? I would guess completed is either shipped or card charged, instead of pending charge

You forgot one. There's also pre-ordered... But these statuses shouldn't make any difference.

Pre-order is pretty much self explanatory=u get it when batch 2 comes out

Its the same thing. Complete means your order had been completed by Google Staff. Estimated shipping date means its been handed to UPS and they have determined an expected dilivery date.

Lol um... Nope! I ordered 3-5min after N4 was made available and there are others wayyy after me that has complete / est shipping nov15th on their order status.
These status doesn't mean crap. I confirmed with 2 representative that my order will be shipped in 1-2 business days just like everyone else.

If what google said about same day shipping is true, then my guess is completed=shipping yesterday, 15th=shipping tomorrow (for all the utc-7+ ,people, it's the 14th where I am, though you could have deduced that already )

No, it means that they should be sending it then, not that they already have it.

I ordered that in less than 30 seconds after it became available and I am in pre-order status. For that reason I can't believe that I will have to wait for the next batch. I will get very angry if people ordered that after me got it before me. As soon as logs are kept and google have at least one computer available to sort the logs by time they should start dispatching with the first-come first-served patterns. Otherwise it is just unfair. I am so happy that you have confirmed that with 2 representatives. I sent an email to Google Play yesterday and I received a response saying that their records and my order id show that I will have the device shipped by the evening of 15/11. (this should be an automated reply by a bot that crawls your email and finds possible answers to your question - I say that because firstly I received the answer in 1-2 minutes and I don't believe that in such a busy day I had such a quick response and secondly the answer was close to what I asked but not exactly what I asked).

Google reps are even more retarded than tmobile reps. And yes i guess preorder is just a glitch. As long as they have charged you card showing in ur online banking u should be good. Mine still shows pending

im assuming that if the order processed(got to the result page), you got urself a nexus 4!.

I think they do it because the 1st one can only be placed on the account for so long before it expires.

I had a dodgy transaction with supercell. It was clash of clans app who took subscription fee then refunded it. I didn't even have the app installed. Reported it to my UK bank. No money was ever shown as being taken out though?

I agree, but I thought the point of the pre-authorization was to make sure you had funds initially when you place the order. Not sure why they would charge you again to "check" unless something was happening.

The second pre auth was a sign it was about to ship in the Nexus 5 days

Working for an internet vendor I can say that usually what happens is the card is pre-authorized for the amount but not finalized just to confirm available funds. The second charge is almost certainly a final charge when they create the shipping label. It will show pending until the provider batches the transactions but is a final charge. Much like when you go to dinner and add tip. The initial swipe is the preauth but the batch is the final amount.
In our scenario, the orders are old enough that the preauth falls off and we can see when they finalize the transaction because it "reappears."

I just ordered mine today and got pending charged as of now, so it would be crazy if I can get mine on the first batch of order or near it

Did I get lucky or did this happen to everyone?

So I got a sprint lg g4, and I registered for the free battery and 32gb sd card, so I waited a while and hadn't received a confirmation email, so I sent lg an email asking about a status update, two days later I got the extra battery, charging cradle, and sd card, about a week after I received it I get an email from lg telling me the items shipped...I thought nothing of it, so today I check my mail, and I got another battery, charging cradle, and 32 gb sd, did this happen to anyone else?

I believe somebody else accidentally received 2 also. They posted in one of the promo threads. 2 spare batteries is awesome. Gone all day? Take 2 full batteries......

I got two because I filled out the promo and got one, then had to return the phone and get another do to a defect, so on the one they sent me I filled the promo out again and photo shopped the receipt to look like a separate purchase and they sent me another.

That happened to me with the G3 battery promo in a somewhat different manner. The tracking for mine showed delivered, but no item in my mailbox, nor did the mail carrier have any knowledge of it. I waited a couple of weeks and then emailed LG, they sent a replacement with a new tracking number that arrived less than a week later. 2 weeks after I received the replacement, the original showed up in my mailbox even though it said it had been delivered 3 weeks prior.

I received 2 also I just got me second set today

I received my first promo pack of battery, charger, and SD card 6 days after purchasing and registering(June 21st purchase)
I got a second promo package in the mail on 7/9. Only registered once. Did get two emails about the package being shipped.
I am yet to receive the 128gb SD card through T-Mobile promotion.... But I did get an email confirming it was on the way(7/7)

Ok so you've already got your return box and have sent your note 7 back? What service is your Note on? Let me know once you get a check, how much it's for, and if it's legit. I don't feel safe just sending my note 7 to a random place hoping to get a $850 check in return.

they received my phone yesterday, so im waiting to see if i get the full refund. i bought mine on craigslist for $220 and the original carrier was AT&T. i took it to best buy and an att store for an exchange but both places refused to do so since i didnt have no proof of purchase. called samsung and after a few days i received the box to send it in.

Ok keep us posted what they refund to you. I am yet to send mine in because I want to see what everyone is getting back first. Because I bought my sprint note on CL also and have no proof of purchase.

Interesting. But it means you have to open a credit account with them no? It means credit check and so on? 20% off 1st CREDIT Order is what I see. You were allowed to have the percentage off and pay in full?

This was just a promo code send to my wife's account as shea not used it for a while so tries it against a s8+ and when for it you get buy now pay in 12 aswell

I bought the S8 from very - ETA 20 April. Though currently driving myself bonkers thinking I should have got the S8+. But I'm not a heavy phone user ie, games and other shiz. Price is a bit of a killer for me. Now if I change it for the S8+ I will have to wait til 8 May!

Just interest free. Hence £770 just seems a bridge too far for a phone (hell £689 seems a lot to me) - that said I currently have a S3 (i9300)
I am being suckered into tech again and trying to buy the latest (= the greatest).

And this 20% looks like its actually 10% instead, as it mentions on their site only 10% for electrical and phones are under the electrical section.

As Mentioned my 20% was a promo code I got emailed to me and it worked on the s8+ delivery date is before 28th it says but yes only 10% on new customer sign up
