Hi Guys,
I am bit confused that Lenovo A6000 plus supports VOLTE or not. As per below mentioned official link our phone's chipset support VOLTE feature.
https://www.qualcomm.com/products/snapdragon/processors/410
So can anyone tell me that if there is any particular solution to enable VOLTE feature in any LL based ROM (Since LL officially supports VOLTE)?
Or is there any particular is ROM is there which have VOLTE feature?
The best to find out that if our beloved A6000 supports VoLTE is that you put a R-Jio sim in slot 1
Then turn on LTE data connection
Wait for it to connect to LTE
Make a voice call
If the call is happening then A6000 supports VoLTE or else not.
This is the best and fool proof way of finding out whether a device supports VoLte or not.
afaik, our SoC supports the VoLTE feature but not the hardware that is responsible for connecting to networks. I could be completely wrong but that's what I read somewhere.
In other case, our most deserving devs would've surely commented on including this feature in their new updates, roms.
im using a jio sim in my a6000 1GB version on ED300 CM13 and everything is working fine.Used the jio4voice app to do both voice and video call.
Without jio4voice will you be able to call?
VoLte doesn't work even after enabling it in the settings.
Screenshot
volte needs ims enabled tree xD we have trees that belong to parohs on Egypt
Without the app nothing happens.
Enhanced LTE mode not showing for Airtel. That option only appearing for Jio sim cards..! Is anybody experiencing this bug? Is there any to enable it..!
yah they havent enabled volte for airtel and vodafone network yet.. Hope they will enable it with future ota..

Yeah, just checked it, isnt there yet.
Check with your Service Provider first. Airtel is yet to launch VoLTE in Delhi/NCR and other areas it still doesn't have nationwide VoLTE coverage. Same with Vodafone. So Instead of creating a useless thread here and blaming Asus for it, check with Your Network.

Sorry I take my words back! I checked on Airtel and Vodafone's website and Zenfone Max pro isn't listed in the Devices that Airtel and Vodafone VoLTE supports. Although Jio's also doesn't lists Zenfone Max Pro but My Jio is working perfectly fine. Maybe we should Contact Airtel/Vodafone or Asus regarding this.
I did call their support number, they said they don't support other carriers yet, and are not sure when it will be made available.
Please respond the demands of max pro m1 users for volte compatibility for all service providers
Update to latest firmware. Now all networks volte support has been available in our phone.
strange issue,..! i need help
friends, i have one strange issue,..
i have 2 sim in my phone, one is airtel, another is idea, after update i got VoLTE on idea network. but not in airtel network. so i put father's airtel sim for testing whether it is phone bug or operator side issue. suddenly i got volte on father's airtel sim. the volte not working on my airtel sim.
i tried sim replacement, but still not establishing volte on my number. i contacted airtel appellate help desk, they told "our device not supported with airtel volte, so we cant help on this issue, pls upgrade or change your device". but funny thing is volte working with my father's airtel sim on the same asus zenfone max pro m1. but not on my sim.. i dont know why and what is the problem.
airtel not accepting this as issue and they blaming on asus only.
is anyone facing this problem in your phone? now what should i do to get volte on my airtel number?

I think it is a issue from the Airtel side and you should definitely talk to them once more as you have to prove them this by using your screenshot they be look into the issue
Airtel volte beta stage
the reason for not working is that Airtel volte is in beta stage and not all users have been selected for that programme.. Happened with me only contacted with customer care ...Said me ... My SIM is not enrolled whereas my friend's SIM is enrolled...
Check your phone number at - airtel.in/volte/beta
ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1, dual VOLTE is not working.
Hello Team,
I am using Zenfone Max Pro M1, with two SIMs, primary is Jio for mobile data and the secondary one is the Airtel for calling.
However the mobile connection is getting disconnect when I connect to the phone on Airtel. Ideally the mobile connection should be active as this phone supports dual VOLTE.
Could you suggest what could be the issue.
Thanks in advance.

Same with me.
I think this phone doesn't support Dual Standby. Meaning, when you're making call on a SIM, other SIM won't work.

As per ASUS this phone supports dual VOLTE, both SIMs should be active simultaneously.
If that is not the case our purchase would be considered as bad choice.
One of our friend has mentioned that even Zenfone 2 supports dual standby, why not Asus Max pro M1.
On the other hand I have tested the Redmi Note 5 Pro, 6 GB version, where in the dual VOLTE is just working perfect.
Hoping ASUS is aware of this issue and there will be an update to fix the dual VOLTE issue.

Dual VoLTE is working fine. I'm getting VoLTE on both Vodafone & Jio SIMs. But Jio network connection cuts off when I receive calls on Vodafone SIM.
This might be ROM issue (I'm using AEX).
Dual volte works perfectly on Vodafone and Jio but not on Airtel sim... No volte infact

My airtel volte works with all airtel Sims Infact i have both airtel sim cards.
Is anybody able to use Vodafone VoLTE feature on the zenfone 3 (ZE552KL) in India?
i.e to make calls when you are in 4G network, the phone should not switch to 3G when you make a call.
I'm not able to do this, if anybody is getting Vodafone VoLTE in zenfone 3 please sugggest a way to do this.
No, right now only Jio network is officially supported for VoLTE. Asus failed to provide VoLTE support for Airtel and Vodafone, so there is no way you can use VoLTE on these networks.
Note, Asus has stopped official software update for ZE520KL/ZE550KL, so the chances are less for getting support in future.
