I don't think there is any available at the moment, but you can debrand your phone using Honor 7 Multitool: http://goo.gl/lwr1SY
and can install PLK-L01's ROMs

No idea but seeing the huawei/honor updates I think EU most probably will get it.
Just to let you all know, seems like fut ota's are rolling out in Europe (couldn't join mine sadly, only 7 spots in total)
