Music turns off when I start the camera app?

Hi
I am OS at the moment, so walking around listening to music and taking snaps - but when I turn on the camera, it turns off the music.
Is this a ROM thing, a general problem or just something with my setup from anyones opinion?

It's supposed to work like that.
It isn't a bug or a HW problem with your phone.

I've seen that with all my HTC devices too. But when I flashed my current ROM it initially didn't do it (with coreplayer). Now it does again, so probably some tweak/program played a role on that...

Thanks guys - just seems like an odd limitation...

I agree. For such a powerfully equipped phone, it does have a few such odd limitations.

Not able to authenticate with TrackID Server?

Anyone else got this message at some point? I have no idea how this can be but somehow TrackID started refusing to work recently. Are there any app dependencies I should know about? First it tells me that it could not authenticate, then it goes on to say I have no network coverage, although I'm sitting right next to my WiFi Router.
Strangely enough, it wants to tell me about a lot of korean/japaneses/chineses (can't differentiate between the signs) artists in the GERMAN charts, and I'm like WTH? My guess would be that the program got corrupted somehow, if only I knew how.

I have the same issue, suspected it might have something to do with unlocking the bootloader

Someone mentioned b4 unlocking the bootloader will erase the drm files, thus making trackid not working..

I'm owner of unlocked and rooted Xperia Arc.
I was have the same problem, but yesterday my trackID start to work=) I don't now why this happend.

How would that be possible if you are missing drm cerificates due to unlocking the boot loader or do you mean sim unlocked and rooted.
Im tempted to ring sony to see if they will allow me to keep my phone rooted and restore trackid for me. I like shazam but it takes longer to record a sample. Also I prefer track id as the gui looks smarter and has a larger database.

How can this happened? Have you do something to your phone recently?

At lease SE should mention which APP/software would stop working while users applying the unlock code.

Really, i don't understand nothing what happend with my track id, but now its don't working again=(

music and gps together doesnt work

Hey, any experiencing the same thing that im experiencing.
I tried to play music and use my gps at the same time and my gps could never find a signal. but once i stop the music the gps signal is caught right away.
If any can try to play music and then start the gps. Any app like winamp and google navigator. I tried with other apps too. Would you get the same thing i would?
I want to know if this is a problem or I cannot play music and use gps at the same time.
I also went to the sprint store and they said this firmware update would solve the problem and it still didn't. So i was just assuming they gave me a wrong answer. but it looks like to them it should work. so i would like opinion from the forum to let me know about this problem.

Are you rooted? I've had music playing and used gps at the same time. When the gps talks to you, it supersedes the music for the during 10 seconds its giving directions, then music returns to full volume.

i had it rooted and its not working. sometimes it gets signal but almost 95% of the time it doesn't. and i also tried it without rooting it. same thing. so was just wondering if its the phone or it just doesnt work that way

music pause

So I always experience music pausing for no reason every few minutes.. First believed it may be power saving but it happens if screen has stayed on and all.. Any suggestions

have u checked setting of music player? or any bluetooth or headphone setting?

It couldn't be music player because it's also YouTube and SoundCloud.

doesn't your phone have option that pause video and ... when looking away from your phone!

I haven't seen smart pause.. Smart stay and everything else I checked out and it's not causing the problem. I'm hoping it's not a hardware a problem. I'm going to reflash a different rom and see where it gets me.

This also started happening to me after last software update. Dont knownof its the app update or the phone os marshmellow update...

Hmm.. Not sure. All I wanna do is try to reflash rom but that takes a lot of backing up just when everything else is perfect.

Yea thats true. My gallery just started acting up too where half my pics appear to be half grayed out by a vertical bar.
Considering a reflash but to lazy to back up and ensure everything is backed up. Dont wanna miss nothing.

I have same problem. not only music player but also Youtube, Browser. Dıd you find a solution?

Basically I still deal with it. And it's not as bad. I really just want to upgrade to nougat but without xposed.. Nope

I upgraded to nougat. But problem still exists

How long is pause?
Is it clipping?
Is it at a high volume?
Do you have any type of mono or Bluetooth apps installed?
Are you using WIFI or mobile connection for streaning?
Does it occur at certain locations or everywhere?
*Do you use OK GOOGLE or any similar Voice activated apps?
*Check your NOTIFICATIONS! Try changing SOUND NOTIFICATIONS to VIBRATE for all apps by going into sounds & notif in settings.. Change MODE to vibrate.
*Also try playing in AIRPLANE mode & do not disturb
*Does it occur when streaming to a tv or media device?
With these questions we can rule out various "connectivity" issues or interference as WELL as apps fighting for control over speaker or microphone, for notifications etc. As there are many
You should find the cause as with almost all media streaming apps most have options to go into a do not disturb mode as other apps utilize the same reaources resulting in conflicts like you described! After changing to VIBRATE notification mode and/or AIRPLANE mode, it becomes just a matter of narrowing down offending app.. Until then it will work at least!

I had same problem and ı thought this problem can be related to an app ı installed. And it was. When i uninstalled Sputnik news. My problem had gone. If u have it, uninstal. If u dont have, may be one of other app causes. Try uninstalling each app, and find the app causes this problem

Fortnite error

I'm completely stock. No root and bootloader locked.
I keep getting booted out of the game right after jumping from the bus. Says something about VPN cheating and some other stuff. I don't use any of that stuff. Anyone know of the solution is?

Never, I repeat, NEVER jump from the bus and all will be fine!

Figured it out... Just deleted the app. Pubg is better ?
