Hi guys i have a problem with my meizu m2 note. My device have no usb mass storage connection when im using TWRP, so only one option to install os is using adb sideload, but after full wipe, (deleting OS) my m2 note lost connection with adb server on my pc. The worst is i made bkp, and send it to pc, before i did fullwipe. Is there anything i can do now?
i probably should use other device to move bkp/os to microsd, and then install os from sd, but i havnt any external storage right now.

i am running cyanogen mod 10.1.3 and i want to do a adb backup so i can then restore on a stock 4.4 factory image (cant do a recovery backup because i dont have enough space and i cant do a cloud backup because of my internet) but when i do an adb backup it just takes forever... i backed up the whole dayyesterday and then canceled it at the end of the day and only found out it transfered 4gb for the entire day. i tried 3 different computers so its nexus 7 that is causing problems. has anyone had this problem and does anyone have a solution or tips? please help me, i cannot delete anything because i cannot redownload
Make sure you are connected to a USB 2.0 port. I know when I did a full ADB backup of my 32GB Nexus 7, it took a few hours, but not the entire day.
Did you also try different cables? I use the one that came with my Nexus 7 and it works fine.
Also, remember that MTP mode is the only way to do this which is SLOWER than being able to access the SD card via straight USB mass storage connection.

i am using original cable and it's on usb 2.0 mode... but i dont need to use adb anymore.. i just copied the sd card to my pc then deleted everything then my nexus finaly had room to make a backup. thanks for the help anyway
Sometimes when I connect my Lenovo a6000 plus to pc and delete a file the pc says not responding and i remove the cable ony to find that all the data on my internal and external storage to be gone. This results in my valued data to be lost. Is it a virus problem with my pc or any glitch in my phone...
Brother, I was facing the same problem, I lost my data 4 or 5 times on different smartphones. I think its a virus. Best option is to format your PC. You can recover your internal storage data, for this you need to root your device and use any smartphone data recovery software. External storage data can be recovered without rooting.

I am not able to access phone internal storage and SD card of my phone from my laptop (Windows 8.1), after downgrading my Lenovo k4 note from MM to LP (A7010a48_S152_160302_ROW).
USB computer connection options of my phone when I am
1) connecting to Media device then -> it is showing CD drive of Lenovo suite, not able to see both internal and external storage in laptop
2) connecting to Camera (PTP) then -> laptop showing DCIM folder and another pic folder of both internal and external storage, but I can transfer only pics & video, still not able to see both storages.
I am not able to see both storages Int & SD card but able to see both internal and external storage of my phone to other PC like windows 7. But it is not visible on my laptop which is running on win 8.1. Earlier on LP version, I am able to see both storages on my PC.
I had not formatted my SD card at the time of downgrading to LP and removed sd card before downgrading may be it is the problem but other PC both storage are visible, then I tried again to downgrade again after formatting SD card, but did not get success.
Nothing happened when I was retrying to downgrade again LP version updated device, flash tool screen freeze when I clicked download button (I have chosen Firm ware upgrade and Download only both options. I have checked the logs please provide solutions.

I am not a senior member. But I have also faced the same problem. But after installing the software which is inside lenovo CD drive everything worked fine
I'm not a senior member, but i can answer this. Please follow these steps:
1. Connect your phone to PC screen unlocked.
2. Right Click on windows icon in task bar. Click on device manager. You'll see portable devices, expand it by clicking on it. You'll see Lenovo A7010a48 or your device name.
3. Right click on device name and click on update driver software-> Browse my computer for driver software-> Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer, now you may see two drivers
a. MTP Device
b. MTP USB Device
4. Click on MTP USB Device and click 'Next'.
5. Close the window.
6. Check whether your phone is detected or not.
Resolved By formatting SD card again and reinstalling MM

I have asus zenfone 5. Recently I installed a custom rom ..RESURRECTION REMIX V5.8.5
Firstly i got the problem that the file manager doesn't show Internal storage.. I solved by refering xda thread and do a clean install...(formatting internal storage)
But now when i connect my phone to pc, it ofcourse reads my phone and storages....but when i open the storage..3-4 folders showup and keeps loading...after sometime windows explorer restarts...I thought it was a pc problem but not. I tried another phone with same usb cable and there is no problem. Drivers are upto date.:crying:
I am not able to transfer files using USB cable on my MI A1. Everytime I connect my phone with PC using cable I get a notification "Not able to detect usb device and driver cannot be installed".Everytime I connect the phone with PC using usb cable it works as a charger.Even I change the option to "file tranfer" in developer option still it i was not able to transfer files or pics.plz help
I'm facing this problem too im on Official HavocOS V2.0 android pie I did try to mount in TWRP but not respond while decrypting in TWRP it says unable to mount storege something like that have all driver installed I got access one time storege in TWRP accidentally switching slot when my OS is installed in slot b and I just switched to slot a after then I'm unable to do this again tried everything format storege clean install in different slot but no luck what OS you have installed ? If get solved the issue please put the "solved" word in the title of thread it helps more peoples.
