I have Damaged Huawei Y3 II with lock bootloader (no turn on - only recovery and fastboot). I tried to flash stock rom, but nowhere I could find him. I wrote to Huawei, they wrote back that at this time there is no such anywhere. I tried to unlock the bootloader using fastboot, but do not have a code that enables and I can not get it because the phone does not turn on, previously had no developer options. The only thing I know is the phone's IMEI number, serial number and a detailed model (Lua-L21) and the name of the software Lua-L21C576B105. I tried to generate the id of the product in HuaweiIdGenerator, but there is no such model, and I only need this to unlock the bootloader. Is anyone able to help me? Maybe someone can generate my ID od my Huawei phone? Thanks for the answers.

Hello.
So my story here is:
I wanted to upgrade my phone to EMUI 5.0, so I did, but camera was not working, so I was messing something with TWRP and it wiped some data, from then on, my phone wont boot. So next something happened, than TWRP could not start anymore, so I downloaded some stock ROM for my phone and installed it, but still, my phone wont boot up (BTW, when I installed stock ROM, my bootloader locked and I don't have bootloader unlock key anymore), so now I tried to flash "HUAWEI P9 Lite Firmware (VNS-L21, C185B130)" from official huawei site (http://consumer.huawei.com/et-en/support/downloads/detail/index.htm?id=91329), but I'm getting error message: "Incompatibility with current version, please download the correct update package", so please, I'm begging you, help me, what should I do now? I really need that phone... Any ideas how to get bootloader unlock code without IMEI and that data, or maybe get this data via fastboot? All the help is appreciated!
So I got here some aditional data, I hope it helps

For the OP, send me IMEI+SN and i try to get your unlock bootloader code.
Here you go, this is the ID generator or here you charge to get the code to unlock the bootloader, good luck

What did you do to get the bootloop?
What's your version before bootloop? (Vnsxxcxxbxx).
Try to enter on bootloader and tip "fastboot devices".
If fastboot doesn't work, shutdown phone, plug on pc and just after the huawei screen tip "fastboot devices" many time.
OR
Try factory reset and wipe cache with huawei recovery, flash update for your VNSxx with dload methode.
After that, boot and view ID on setting app.
Or tip "adb devices", the name of phone = ID
And after your able to unlock bootloader, flash custom rom, recovery,...
Please, write here the return of adb/fastboot.
For the next time, before modified your phone, take a screenshot of informations on setting app
my phone is everything first off and i cannot do any thing erecovery cant do anything because im on unoffical 90nrdm os when i try do anything i adb it cannot find my device and just says waiting for device when trying to lock bootloader in fastboot mode so i tried unlocking it (i got the code) but it says s"FAILED stat does not match" and i cannot flash anything to fix my phone and i cannot find the huawei page to unlock my bootloader because it keeps saying " this id is registered on the other site" but never tells me where to go or find the "other site" bootloader unlock page i really need my phone to work resetting it is fine i got back ups but i really need the phone to work all help is welcome, i have adb and fastboot installed i tried useing srk tools 2.0 lod-chong and also cmd to try fix my issue but i get no where. i have no recovery either it just wont boot into twrp it just goes straight to erecovery so i cannot do any dload method. also when i tried other methods it said password wrong for some reason.
i flashed oeminfo.bin and custom.bin to go back to offical nougat from somewhere after this update nougat didnt work (hisuite refused to install it) : http://ministryofsolutions.com/2017/03/huawei-p9-lite-vns-l31-nougat-b371-update-stable-europe.html so i then looked into downgrading and got to this https://forum.xda-developers.com/hu...nt/europe-vns-l31-toolkit-bootloader-t3432873 and i did the oem info flash and it like the person said on my previews post ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/huawei-p9lite/help/bricked-device-dont-how-to-fix-l31-t3617851) and it just like he said but i did it before he commented and now my phone wont boot and when i enter my bootloader code it says FAILED stat does not match and because i cannot re lock and unlock my boot loader i cannot flash anything to get my phone back, how can i fix this.
Hello all,
I'm in possession of a Huawei P8 Lite of which the owner lost the passphrase. The question is whether the photos on the device can still be recoved. The bootloader of the device is currently locked. Debug mode is not enabled (nor is my computer authorized).
I was hoping that it would be possible to unlock the bootloader (which supposedly does not trigger a factory reset on this model?) - and then install a custom recovery from where I could backup the pictures. In order to unlock the bootloader, I would need IMEI-1 + IMEI-2 and the S/N. I was able to obtain one of the IMEIs by typing *#06# on the emergency call screen. Is there a way to obtain the other codes somehow (perhaps via fastboot)? Once I obtain the necessary information, my assumption is that I would be able to get an unlock code from Huawei after which I can unlock from fastboot. (Or does OEM unlock still need to be enabled from the developer options in Android?)
Edit: seems like the S/N is shown when connecting in fastboot mode and listing "fastboot devices".
Edit2: seems like obtaining the IMEI through the emergency call functionaltiy combined with the S/N is enough: I modified the "Product ID Generator" tool to include the "ALE-L21" model, and now it generates valid Product IDs that can be used on the Huawei website to obtain an unlock code.
Alternatively, I've noticed that there's an "emergency data backup" mode on this model, which I accidentally entered. I was hoping anyone knows more about this mode (note that this is different from the fastboot & rescue mode). I got booted into this mode because somehow the ext4 partition failed to mount during one of the many times I rebooted the phone. This mode also allowed me ADB access - however, this was a rescue OS which did not actually contain the user data. I would like to attempt to boot into this mode again, gain root access via a kernel exploit, and either read out the unlock code from /dev/block/mmcblk0p** or directly copy the media onto an SD card. Does anyone know how to "trigger" booting into this mode? The kernel code for the p8 lite seems to have a flag "CONFIG_FEATURE_HUAWEI_EMERGENCY_DATA" which enables this feature.
Pointers welcome
Note, I'm not desperate to recover the data - but this has become more of a "challenge" I'd like to solve.
Edit: I was able to unlock the bootloader with details obtained from the device. Unlocking the device did not initiate a wipe. Now it comes down to installing a recovery image and pulling the data

If you think about this, you can see how easy it is to unlock a phone (also for bad purposes...)
Agreed, I'm surprised that Huawei didn't force a device wipe before allowing OEM unlock. Especially because you can obtain all the details you need from the phone to obtain an unlock code on the Huawei website.
I indeed ended up installing TWRP and remove the password.key file to remove the lock
I have a P8 with a broken screen (completely unusable) and what to get data off of it with adb.
I can get to fastboot but the bootloader is locked.
I understand fastboot devices will give me the Serial Number, but I also need the IMEI/MEID and Product ID to get the bootloader unlock password from emui.huawei.com/en/unlock_detail
Is it at all possible to get this information without being able to use the screen?

Use a mouse with USB OTG.
Can't see anything on the screen, it's completely wrecked.
I found the box with the IMEI and Serial Number.
I used a P8 product Id generator for the ID and entered the product model as GRA-L09.
But the unlock page keeps telling me the Product Number is incorrect.
Not sure if Product Number refers to Product Model or Product ID
