AT&T In-store early?

I know that the release date for the AT&T version is actually tomorrow, but I was wondering whether anybody knew if AT&T stores would be willing to demo/sell the LG G2 a day early. Has anybody had any experience with AT&T doing something like this with newly released phones in the past?

They wouldn't even let me buy accessories for the phone that they had in stock and in the system till tomorrow.. Told them to kick rocks bought a screen protector and tpu/silicon case from Verizon yesterday.. Fits my Att g2 perfectly.

Hmm...I was thinking, if there's a lenient manager, do you think they'd allow me to look at it?

Att is kind of Nazi like that. Sprint sells phones early and Verizon does sometimes.
Don't expect to find a good manager who will let you play with a phone early.

Sprint N6 From Best Buy

I can confirm that the Sprint N6 I got from Best Buy is unlocked. I took out the pre-installed Sprint sim prior to powering the device on. Put my Straight Talk sim in and set the APN settings and have voice and data connections.
Ordered online last Friday and just picked it up from UPS. If this is anything like what is happening with the Amazon models, better hurry before word gets out.

Cool, mine was supposed to be delivered from BB yesterday. UPS pushed it out until today. The thing is, some people think it gets locked if it's first powered on and activated with the Sprint SIM? I don't know if there is truth to that though.

Don't know if there's any truth to it either, but I was told that if you do with the sim in the Sprint activation app gets downloaded automatically.

I suspect that given later Sprint batches on Amazon were sim locked...the same thing will happed to all Sprint n6 devices

Why is pricing such a secret with this device? So weird.
Can't wait to get this in my hands soon! I love the V10 so far (it's a loaner device between the Note 7 and V20) and know I'll love the V20 even more!

Yeah can't wait for it either. I'm coming from the Note 7. Hate giving up this device but the V20 looks like a great phone.

As a long time Verizon customer, I knew it was only a matter of time until they released the V20, as they first wanted to have a push for the Pixel exclusivity.
Still, would like a bootloader unlocked device that can at least be rooted.
It would also be nice is Verizon had a nice deal like what Tmobile is doing.

Verizon is definitely doing the deal with getting the free pair of headphones but it's to be seen if they will sweeten the deal like Tmobile.

According to various forums and here, the V20 is arriving at doorsteps today for many T-mobile customers. I am jealous, they just started the pre order and I pre ordered mine a week ago with AT&T and may not see it until next week

Can't wait for Verizon to get their pre order up. I'm pretty sure I'm ordering it. This being posted from my note 7. Like many others I don't want to get rid of this phone but oh well. LG v20 looks like a good replacement.

All deals that Tmo is doing can all be traced back to being LG deals. The headphones, tablet bundle and even the making sure devices are given a minimum $200 trade in value.

So from the looks of it, the best deal is for T-Mobile as they are also getting a $200 trade in credit for any working 4G phone and a free tablet, in addition to the B&O Earbuds. Verizon is just the Earbuds (which all carriers are doing). Best Buy is doing a $200 BB Gift Card.

Anyone find one at a best buy for sale?

I was ready to renew my contract with Verizon today. I decided to go to Best Buy to check it out and they didn't have it or the pixel. Checked online and nothing within a 250 mile radius. I'm guessing it is country wide but thought I'd ask.

Got mine at best buy... Online the count is wrong day before release mine said less than 3

Correct. Best Buy employee here. We only carry the Sprint version in store. The Verizon and AT&T versions arecarried on our website.

I'm a Connections Manager at Best Buy, and we have the V20, Pixel, and the Pixel XL all in stock. It really varies store by store. Some of the lower volume stores never carry certain phones.

Verizon on US Cellular

Anyone know if Verizon will unlock it and if it will work on us Cellular? I've gotit and paid it in full. Just don't want Verizon.

VZW will probably, I'd say definitely will not unlock it. They haven't unlocked a new device in over a year. Which sucks, BTW.

I didn't say that right. I meant I saw yesterday that it was released. I'm gonna go look at it this week. I just HATE saying goodbye to root.........
