You said you've dealt with them before?
Your experience with them?
And if you're in North America like me, how would you know if it works here?
I want to place an order too!
Thanks.
I placed the Pre-order as well plus the flip book case for it!

I have bought several phones from Clove. They are highly reliable and customer service is excellent. This phone will work almost anywhere globally. It has an extensive list of band coverage. Do you have a GSM carrier? AT&T or T-Mobile? Will not operate on CDMA networks.

Thanks for the info.
Yes I'm with "Rogers Wireless" in Canada, so it should be ok.
Aren't you concerned about what the final price be at Clove?
I mean the difference with what it is now to their final price?
Not at all. Clove is fair with pricing. It will be on par with other outlets. I find that initially, in North America, we have two choices for just launched Sony unlocked phones. Ebay or Clove. Ebay will be first, usually Taiwan or Singapore but Clove is close behind. I trust Clove as stated, made many purchases through them.

Yep, Clove and Handtech are both good for unlocked phones from the UK. First time US buyers sometimes have to jump through an extra hoop of two with proving their credit card information. That's normal.
The flip case link in the first post by OP is for the xperia XZ by Roxfit. Do not attempt to buy it for the XZ Premium!
This is the correct case
https://www.clove.co.uk/sony-xperia-xz-premium-scsg10-style-cover-stand
when is the release date of the Xperia XZ Premium ?
Some says that it will be released on 7may, hope it's true
Look at the date on the mobile screen picture on Sony website, you will see 7 may but it could be a coincidence. ..

Thanks for the correction. I must have not read the description properly.
Ive edited the original post.
I just ordered in Taobao, waiting for my XZP
It says though it will not ship to the US? how do you get around that?
UPDATED: Correction i pre ordered the phone, Clove is an impressive site, I'm assuming though, the price which comes to 650.08 US dollars, will be a bit higher but we'll worth it, I know the connectivity possibilities of the 835, doing extensive research, and it will definitely work with our 4g LTE bands here except for CDMA and also will be 5g ready with CAT 12
Amazon UK has it for pre-order now aswell at £649. They also have a release date of 1st June. Doesn't have chrome version so it might be a carrier exclusive here in the UK.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B06X9R8FL8
Unlocked-mobiles.com have both the Luminous Chrome & the Deepsea Black for £639.98 here:-
https://www.unlocked-mobiles.com/sim-free-mobile-phones/sony-xperia-xz-premium-sim-free-p-87511.html
However I think I'm gonna wait until Sony have their pre-order up as they will have the free Sony SRS-XB30 speaker (worth €169)

So it looks like the one from Clove will work on all bands in us for AT&T or T Mobile in US. You gain gain fingerprint scanner but loose warranty. Is that correct?

The model that is on preorder at Clove, the n7100, does NOT have any lte capability. 3G only.
The n7105 model with lte comes out a bit later.
Super expensive, 670€, 100 more than euro prices of holland, germany or austria.
Greedy clove as always, not buying there.

I'm a bit confused, I thought the new Note 2 has LTE support, which is something new!???
They must be wrong.
For what it's worth, PhoneArena said it has LTE support as well.
Not saying they're right, but who knows
I got an email back from clove this morning stating that the veraion they are stocking is 3g and not lte.
"As 4G / LTE has only begun trials in the UK very recently the version of the Note 2 we are receiving next week will not be LTE compatible. EE will probably have a locked down LTE version of the Note 2 at some point in the future, hopefully this year, which means a SIM free version may become available. If it does and we have access to it then we will place it for sale on the website

No. It doesn't support AWS and it doesn't support Band IV LTE. The ZL will at least to the LTE side of things. With T-Mobile you have to be pretty careful as their network is quite different to most.

I live in Thailand and have been waiting for Z1 release here. I don't want to import from EU due to high import duty and lack of warranty in case I get defective phone. Its great that its a 6503 because for those of us in the US who have the international 6503, we don't really have warranties. Maybe now we can somehow get warranty work done if needed, since the models are so close.
Sony's Xperia care has you covered, it's a global warranty program that will cover you, regardless of where you got your phone.
I say this because I bought an unlocked D6503 off eBay (Taiwan 大哥大 branding), it suffered water damage, and Sony replaced it. (The white water detection papers weren't wet, the phone must have leaked somewhere else.) So, now I have English versions of the manuals

I'd like to know this too. Just bought today after waiting for US availability and then realizing the US price was insane.
I got a new D6503, noise canceling headphones, two official docks, a 32GB MicroSDHC card and an 18-month warranty plus two day shipping for less than the phone unshipped with sales tax would've cost me from Sony.

good news for those waiting to buy / on the fence about the Z2. (like me.)
with the possibility of Sony shipping millions more of these units, maybe they've tightened up their manufacturing/quality control process, and worked out a solution to the overheating camera, the self-cracking glass, the earpiece volume, etc.
one can hope?

I'd really like to know more about the Sony warranty that was mentioned earlier. I am almost positive they will try to deny a warranty for a phone that was purchased outside of your region. For example if you bought a 6503 two months ago before the USA 6503 was announced, and then called Sony USA to have a warranty replacement done, they would just claim that the model nunmber isn't in their database and there is nothing they can do. I went through this with Morola last year.

They know which region it was sold for, though.
Unless somebody can show a Sony document saying this product (or Sony Xperia smartphones in general) have an international warranty, they almost certainly don't.
If anyone can afford this and obtains, please post ftf.

Just found out. US firmware is already out. What was thought was Canada's firmware as their unbranded phones is actually using US generic firmware.
Awesome thanks... I was running the unbranded Singapore firmware on my D6503 bought from amazon. Downloading the US firmware and flashing now

Looking for any info on pre-order or release. I heard a 7/1/16 release date but haven't confirmed it.

The 64 GB version is available for pre-order for $470. Yesterday they've sold more than 30000 Axon 7 in just 15 minutes.

It will come to carriers officially in Canada and the USA. I wouldn't buy it from this site.

Well, even if you wanted to buy from this site you would not receive it because they don't deliver abroad. Btw it is the official shopping site of ZTE.
I'll also have to wait until it officially arrives in Europe.
Anyone heard about the price of the 6gb ram version with 128gb of storage?

I hope it does as I know a few people that would like one but can only afford a phone through a carrier subsidy. I hope the 6GB/128GB goes up for pre-order soon for the US and Canada. This is the only phone over the past few years that has interested me enough to do away with carrying two phones daily. A Nexus 6 and a Nexus 6P are both great phones, but being able to have two SIM's in one very decent device all around is what I have been hoping to see for quite some time.
The Telus and T-Mobile reps I have spoken with don't list it on what they have coming in the next few months though. Wind in Canada will probably get them in limited supply though. Being available at BestBuy and other major retailers across the US will also make them easy to find.

Seems to go along with the price that has been thrown out there. $650
If the prices from the "international pre-order" are right, we stand at 409€/449$ for 4gb/64gb version. For the 6gb/128gb version, considering adjusted conversion prices, we are at 549€/619$.
That puts us with a 140€/170$ difference between the two versions.
I mean i'm not intersted in the "premium" version but even if the only differences are RAM, ROM and Force Touch, it seems like a pretty sweet deal to me !
I highly doubt it'll be sold through and subsidized by carriers. This will be the typical unlocked device scenario.
it has not even been confirmed that the 6gb version will sell internationally....
