1. Follow this GUIDE on how to install TWRP.
2. Download ROM and copy to sd card
3. Reboot into TWRP (by turning off device and pressing power, home, and volume up buttons)
4. Wipe System, data, cache, dalvik cache (DO NOT WIPE SD CARD, or internal storage)
5. Install Rom
6. Reboot and wait 7-10 minutes for first boot. (don't panic, only the first boot takes that long, because the ROM is deodexed.)

Its allmost same. No notable difference are there. But it is debloated and have more internal memory space and little less ram consumption than stock one.
Awesome and bugs free until now !!
Rom is perfect and there's no bugs for now but we need some thing more important like the system.ui for note or s and separate zip file for changing the traditional lollipop bootlogo

Hmmm. The rom works flawlessly, apart from Bluetooth audio. Music plays in slow motion and off-key, with stuttering.
I tried fixing it myself, but I absolutely don't know what I'm doing. I tried replacing all libaudio.so's with the ones from a working CM11 rom, but that only caused a bootloop
Does anyone know where to find the original author's (Ivan) thread? I really can't wait for the next update...

well, there is an option to check OTA, but I suggest not to update as this is modified and have some changes. also there is always recovery update script removed so when would you update from OTA you would loose your custom recovery

It will vary. Probally depends on kernel settings too

Yes it is. I'm now working together with @Tkkg1994 on the IronROM. If you are interested in some features you can install IronROM. It has mostly the same features and even more!
How to Flash (Bootloader must be unlocked):

Reboot to recovery. Wipe and try without SuperSU. Then reboot to bootloader and flash VoLTE fix. Bootloader should be unlocked.

XenonHD is a custom firmware aka ROM for various Android devices. It is based on CyanogenMod 14.1 with additional features, performance and battery life improvements.
The idea behind XenonHD is to give users a ROM that is "blazing fast, rock stable and buttery smooth".
Flashing Instructions
To install this ROM you will need to have a latest custom Recovery such as TWRP installed.
Copy the downloaded ROM to your phone (SD Card).
Boot into your recovery (Volume Up>Home>Power Button)
Back up your ROM (If You Need)
Make a Advance wipe (system, data, cache, dalvik,Internal)
Install the ROM
Install GAPPS package(Micro/nano/pico)
Install addon.su(Arm) (For Using Root Access)
Reboot - the first boot can take up to 5 minutes

Extract boot.img from the rom.zip
clean flash the rom
then flash boot.img
it should work as it had worked for me

clivk install from home acrwen of twrp
below the file list you should see somthing like flash image or select image
selwct that option and you are ready to flash img file

doesnt play videos it shows black screen please help
videos are not playing, except with mx player running with sw decoder
one of the bugs that I have discovered
overall everything is fine but it's a bit laggy

I tried it and yes, it works but with some errors, and it says on the model that it's the G version instead of M
