Reboot you phone, hold volume up + power for some time to enter recover, wipe data and format factory reset.
This guide don´t work, I have tried 5 times but this update is not shown, also the Themes don´t apply after the rollback.

Yes I read HIS thread...I was responding to someone else who said it DID NOT work.
I'm always a little wary, when I see someone throw up a rom, that has very few posts.
Since for work, I am 100% dependent on my phone, I can't afford to brick it, or be screwing around with something questionable.
This guide don´t work. I´m on B200 and factory reset and set the country to South Africa but the updater keep saying that there is no update.

Thanks for the guide, however, I couldn't get it to work on my UK H7. I'm already on B180 with no root and bootloader still locked so I just proceeded from step 9. I placed the UPDATE.APP from the update.zip I downloaded to the dload folder but it fails (like you said) but when i reboot i'm still on B180.
I also tried just placing the update.zip directly into dload but that also fails after attempting a local update.
Any ideas?

I backed up, just in case.
I tried again, the update went really quick (like 15 seconds) then said it was complete and I restarted. Since then it has been sat with the honor boot up logo for about 10 minutes... I'm just going to wait and hopefully it will boot into the android system
EDIT: So it's not progressing from the boot logo... I went into the recovery and wiped/factory reset to see if that would help but it's just sat at the boot logo again and won't go any further
I can obviously get to recovery and to the update screen so I'll have to try and download the full B121 ROM and put it on my SD card to try again.

Yes, full stock. Never rooted or unlocked bootloader. I agree, I think the full 121 upgrade path is probably the best option now, I'm in the process of copying over the update.app from the 121 firmware to my sd card as we speak. I tried the 330 update while I was at work and didn't have my usb sd card reader so I've only just managed to get home and start that now.
EDIT: I'm just getting the update failed message now when attempting to install the B121 Update.App... about 6% into the update, then just asks to reboot system which gets stuck at the boot logo again :/
EDIT 2: After repeatedly trying and switching between B100, B120 and B330 update.App files to try and reflash the firmware the B330 version finally decided to do a full install and complete 100%. Very strange how it literally just decided to work this time but all's well that ends well I guess. If anyone else has this issue then just persevere and keep trying, hopefully it will just work one time!
Thanks Tile and Alphadude for trying to figure it out
for unrooted B180 this is how i did it
I went from B180>B320>B330
downloaded B320 to sd card
extracted intermediate file to sdcard/dload
EMUI update app and manual update
it restarted and did its buisness
deleted the UPDATE.APP from dload folder and copied in the full UPDATE.APP
EMUI update app and manual update
it restarted and did its buisness
then once restarted back into the emui update app and it said the 330 update was available OTA
no data loss through any of it

Are you on MM? Did you download the rollback package or just the stock firmware for your device?
You need a rollback package to go back to LP from MM.
If you are on Marshmallow you have to flash the rollback first. Otherwise follow below steps.
Try to update it manually, assuming you were rooted, follow these steps:
Download your phone's lollipop firmware and extract system.img, boot.img, recovery.img, cust.img from UPDATE.APP using Huawei Update Extractor tool.
Boot into bootloader mode by switching off the phone then pressing only the Vol DOWN button, and connecting it to PC simultaneously.
Flash recovery first, using this command.
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Flash all other extracted files similarly firing these commands.
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash cust cust.img
fastboot flash system system.img
After doing this put that very UPDATE.APP from which you extracted the files in dload folder of your external SDCARD.
Switch off your phone, and press Vol UP + Vol DOWN + Power button simultaneously.
Your device will now get to the full stock firmware.
NOTE: If the manual flashing doesn't works or you get any errors, then first try only the force update method, i.e Putting the UPDATE.APP from which you extracted the files in dload folder of your external SDCARD and pressing Vol UP + Vol DOWN + Power button simultaneously after switching off your phone.

I suggest you to backup all your stuff with Huawei native backup app. Copy it to a safe place or let it be at the SD card.
If you have root, unroot H7 in SuperSU (full unroot).
If you have TWRP recovery flash (fastboot flash recovery recovery.img) recovery file from (extracted) current version ROM.
Copy transitional package to dload folder in H7, and force update (from off state, press vol+- and power untill it shows a screen)
Then you can flash B180 full ROM and update to B190.
Restore your backup and your done.

The linked transitional package is for PLK-L01 (European version), while ashishpupri has PLK-AL10 (Chinese) and he needs another rollback file, like I do. But I haven't found any rollback package that works with B380 (or B395) builds.

Is it possible to simply "overwrite" the current system with fastboot flash? You know we don't have rollback package for PLK-AL10 but want to go back to lollipop.

I don't think it'll work, as rollback has some other packages too which needs to be flashed unlike the common ones.

It will work, I´ve done it for PLK-01. The problem is the partitions will be messed up and you get first a nice bootloop. Then it´s a matter of trial-and-error to fash img files from full LP releases to see which work. Once I spent a whole Saturday and Sunday doing flashings and praying for the best. I got lucky.
I honestly don't recommend, AT ALL, this way. It´s a nice attempt to get your device bricked.

The first bootloop only states that it doesn't work in a pattern, so no one should try or do it.

Yep. That is a valid strategy. Debrand and rollback.

I am sorry buddy. Checked multi-tool options to write the post for you but I got this (you can see it under model names in the pic below)
"Change model possible only on version of Android 5.0"
And moreover I don't see honor 7 plus supported here in the tool as you can see in the image.
If you want to check it out for yourself, head to the thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-7/general/honor-7-multi-tool-t3281176/page1
and download multi-tool but it will unlock your bootloader, root your phone and in the end, you will not get what you want. (IMHO)
The only possible way I can think of is to contact Huawei customer service with your problem via email but most likely they will ask you to take your phone to a customer service center.

Try the Huawei firmware finder. You may find the complete and transitional packages if available.

Thank you. I found the version B396 and its change log says it can be rollbacked to emui 3.1. However it did not find (search for) rollback packages, hopefully it will work with the existing ones.
I unrooted my phone yesterday, installed B396 rom but none of the rollback packages work. Still "software install failed". Any more idea what could be done?
Who makes the rollback packages? They are only 18-19 kB.
What is the realistic size of a rollback file? What I found for PLK-AL10 are only 17-18kB (!), while on official honor site the rollback file made for the European (L01) version is 200-300 MB.

It should be anywhere from 100 to 300 MB. That is the size I usually observed.
But 18-19 KB is not possible coz it has to has multiple partitions inside it.

Hi friend,
The problem is still how to go back from Android 6 to 5 on PLK-AL10.
Another guy suggested me a simple solution: format (wipe) my phone and then any operating system can be flashed. Here is the way he did:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=69187959&postcount=13
Do you think it can work?
Thanks in advance.
Anyway to rollback from b150 to b130 ?
I trying with the stock b130 with vol +vol _ power buttons but its failed after 5%
And I unlocked boot loader and flashed b130 with twrp but the boot loader still unlocked
Then I flashed b 130 with vol +vol _ power buttons but its failed after 5% again
I don't have any idea who can do that , are you have ?
Why will you do that?
I also want to rollback to 130 from C185B150 but dont know how to

Coz I think the betray drain
I don't have this problems anyway.
My friend rolled back successfully without problems from B150 to B120 or 130, I don't remember. Are you sure you have downloaded the right firmware?
Try this:
1. Install B150 again from the "update.app" from SD card. That will lock your bootloader and get you back to stock state.
2. Download the correct B130 or B120 firmware for your device, format the SD card and put ONLY "update.app" on it.
3. Try to install with vol +- and power button method.
If those fail, try the following:
Unlock bootloader and restart device. When the message about "your device can't be trusted appears", press the correct button so EMUI will try to install it.
Also, keep the B130 or B120 on the SD card for this as well.
Good luck!
If i were you...i would update to B161.

It's impossible that firmware finder don't work on Europe code ( c432 ) .
Download firmware finder
Download proxy installer from FF settings ( set proxy install )
Find ROM b370 with ".PV" end . If u will use another ROM u won't have half of system apps . IF u coming from mm u must use .PV file and the only file with ".PV" end is b370 . Choose proxy install
Proxy installer app should open . Do what is says
It says ( change wi-fi settings , go to update settings in settings , find new update , download 1% of it , go tour wi-fi and delete what u set , download full ROM and he phone should update itself . Then I can use others updates ( others than .pv )
Ta da. U got nougat
Did ihelp u ? Click ?

TWRP only, 100% guaranteed method to success , wipe dalvik & cache, flash update.zip, go back to Install in TWRP menu (without reboot ! ) and flash second file ...hw_eu.zip. Reboot system , enjoy .
(you will see two red errors in TWRP, it's okay)
Use TWRP 3.0.2.0 only !!!

"i know the 1.25gb file is too small and i had to roll back..." - what do you mean by that, you had tried update to Nougat and then downgrade using Rollback package ?
If so, and youf phone stay at NRD90M test-keys, try at first install via dload MM firmware from here
http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G1164/g104/v66015/f1/full/update.zip
Create a new folder dload in root directory of SD card (root directory : it means dont put it in any folder .) Now unpack the rollback package and copy its contents “UPDATE.APP” to the “dload” folder. Use the 3 button combo installation.
Ensure that the installation will succeed.
You must unlock the bootloader again, install TWRP etc.
It must work.

Thanks foliaje, I have tried WAS-LX1AC432B179 and its not working. The phone boots fine. Basically, I rooted and it tried to update via TWRP and failed. Now trying to restore to stock and getting this error. DO you have a link to the exact firmware that I can try - tried several of them now and its failing.
Ok, I managed to go back to stock by downloading via Firmware Finder. So, dload method via SD Card don't work with this phone or what? Would appreciate if someone can confirm?

Hey foliaje, Thanks for your help, appreciate it.
Let me explain my issue: I have purchased my phone yesterday, it upgraded to 185 (I am assuming it was B183, didn't check) via OTA. Then I almost finished setting up the phone including ROOT but a b187 OTA appeared little bit later but failed because I had TWRP already installed. That's fine, no problem. So wanted to start again like I usually do - download the firmware, put on sd card and off you go......
But the problem with this phone is (and I had quite few Huawei one's including tablets) when I downloaded the full firmware, using the SD card dload method I get "Software Install Failed" but it seemed to have worked when I did it via Firmware Finder (I am on B187 now). So something not right - either something has changed or I need to do something else.
So what's the issue? The only think I can think of here is that you are saying that this phone require a 'service' firmware that does not do authentication or something? Right? I am downloading C432B183 from your link and will see what happens (bit slow).
I really would like to know now so I can get back to stock when I mess things up
OK...I followed as below:
Downloaded http://androidhost.ru/JS
(1) Copied main UPDATE.APP to dload folder
(2) Then renamed WAS-L01A_hw_eu\update_WAS-L01A_hw_eu.app to UPDATE.APP and copied to dload folder
Is above method correct, can we do it in one go?
Anyway, I think it has worked (had to do few reset) but the firmware version was showing WAS-LX1AC432B179 - is that correct? OTA upgraded to WAS-LX1AC432B185

In the UK and have exact same model. Filmware finder did not work for me also. The one in the link below did though! Its the first download you need. Copy the update.app and the folder 'L01A' to the 'dload' folder on your sd card. Does your phone boot? If so in the dialer type *#*#2846579#*#* and choose software upgrade then sd card update, it will then flash the filmware to pure stock.
