Can you get back in to recovery? If so do a full wipe/factory reset.

Hey there.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this problem with your phone. Either your hardware is damaged or your software. My best guess is your software, seeing as your phone's touch screen stopped working right after you conducted a hard reset. Perhaps you can get your touch screen working again by flashing your original firmware through KDZ.
If you've got anymore problems and/or questions, feel free to ask!

That's gonna be a really big problem, I think. Can you boot into CWM and do a full factory reset along with wiping your cache and dalvik cache?

You said you conducted a hard reset on your phone which is what initially possibly caused your touch screen to stop working. Try to perform the exact same steps and conduct a hard reset again.

Try this mate , boot into recovery do a factory reset/Wipe cache and then reboot and Quickly press and hold power+Voldown in order to boot into downloadmode , Flash the stock rom and once its done... the phone should reboot automatically , and then Hold and press Power+VolumeUP that should boot your phone into recovery mode... Now do a factory reset/wipe cache and reboot your phone.. .Before the initial setup, Just dont do anything to your phone for atleast 4 to 5 minutes, Let it settle and then proceed with the initial setup.

Hello,
Yes I have tried that. I can not do a factory reset either is there another fix? I forgot to say that in my first post.
With Thanks,

I had a similar issue. It happened after an OTA forced an update.
To get out of it, I went to a linux machine with ADB. I booted the phone into recovery (which was the only place I could get too) and pushed CM11 to it. Flashed it using clockwork and the phone came back.

Today and after deciding to simply restart my Nexus 6P, it booted into TWRP menu, I tried to reboot again, but no luck. can someone please help?
is there a way to get off the TWRP menu and boot my phone normally?
Note: The root used to simply work fine for about a month now.
Did you take an update? Rom details? You basically said you stuck a fork in a microwave and it sparked.

Have you tried wiping the caches and/or data? Have you tried reflashing whatever ROM you're using? Have you tried flashing the factory images with fastboot?

I will have to call you out here buddy. If you have indeed tried to flash all factory images, you won't even have TWRP in the first place.
Go to this wonderful guide by the wonderful @Heisenberg, and scroll down to "10. How To Flash The Factory Images (And Return To Stock)". You will find very clear instruction on how to return your phone to its factory stock state. This will most likely get rid of the problems you're facing.

If you had flashed the full factory images I don't see how it's possible at all to be in your current situation. Explain how you flashed them, and exactly what you flashed please.
[Solved] Finally got into Settings to do a factory reset. Watch is currently on the "Smart Watch" boot screen and nothing else. If I recall what I read somewhere here, I have to let the battery die and then recharge it. Crossing fingers.
I have the Dev C14 running Android 4.4. It's actually the Alps DM98. I rooted it and then moved apps using TiBu. I ended up with a watch that won't boot now. Is there a way to either factory reset or flash stock rom from a Win10 PC? If so, could someone please help with instructions or files? TIA
