Hi I've seen threads around that have the same issue is there any help I can get.
I only have access to fastboot
my device will hang on LG logo
I've tried flashing recovery and it won't boot into it
I also tried https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=70393155&postcount=3 and cannot flash misc, fota, but I can flash cache
- the error i get here is " remote: cannot erase this partition in unlocked state "
-- so i locked it with fastboot oem lock and fastboot flash lock and i get the same error with it declaring a " locked state " forcing me to unlock the bootloader again
I've attempted to flash .kdz files with no luck as im in download mode and the guides even say to put in download mode and LGMobile support tool isn't able to detect phone saying it's not even plugged in.
- is there a .dll file or something i need I've read twice in two different post maybe it's typos
I ran LGMobile support tool and it fails after downloading the .kdz file (my guess) not being able to put the phone in download mode is causing it to do so
I'm running out of ideas can anyone help?

Use Windows 7. Rsdlite doesn't work on Windows 10 if I'm not mistaken, probably also on 8/Vista.
Sent from my XT1562 using XDA-Developers mobile app
wont work
I downloaded wine/wineloader on my mac because i have no windows and then i downloaded and used rsdlite for windows 7 but it still wouldnt read
Rsdlite was also unable to detect my Moto X Play. I tried Rsdlite on two laptops both running Window 7 as well as tried different data cables but to no avail.
Was the phone in fastboot mode when you connect it to rsdlite?
Sent from my XT1562 using XDA-Developers mobile app
Yes, mine was in fastboot. And I tried various advice from various forums but no success
its stuck on the bootloader screen, i tried it on windows 7 computers and windows 8, my phone wont be detected by any computer, its called "lux" and somethings wrong with the driver, i uninstalled it, installed it again (motorola device manager), in driver settings i uninstalled it, downloaded the latest update for the driver) and my phone would still not be recognized by rsdlite or the computer in general BUT when i tried using the verizon software repair software on my mac, it was read as razr 2 but it would get stuck at 6%

What ROM were you on when you tried Kingroot? It worked perfectly for me after I returned my Xt1564 to stock, then ran Kingroot, I trashed the root app that it installed and replaced with SuperSu Pro. Has been working like a charm for weeks.

Help! "Your device is corrupt. It can't be trusted and may not work properly." (Red)
Hello,
just recently i rooted my Nexus 6p device and unlocked the bootloader, i noticed however, after rooting the device i received an error on boot up stating "Your device software can't be checked for corruption. Please lock the bootloader." (Orange), but after researching on the internet many people said that was normal due to the boot loader being unlocked...
however my concern for today is i have flashed back to the factory images of marshmallow, and am now experiencing an error on boot up that Your device is corrupt. It can't be trusted and may not work properly." i followed the exact step-by-step guide on how to unroot and lock the boot loader on the link below however am still experiencing the issue, please help it will be ever so much appreciated.

I've had that as well with mine before. The way I fixed mine was a somewhat tedious process but it did work for me. Start by downloading one of the angler images from Google, then with 7zip, decompress the .tgz which gives you a .tar. Once more will get you a folder named xxxxxx-angler. (I think it was that way but not 100% sure since I'm not at my laptop at the moment). With your phone (unlocked) in bootloader/fastboot mode, run flash-all.bat. this gets you back to a fully stock system but still has the corruption flag tripped. Run stock recovery and do a factory reset and the corruption warning should be gone and back to the "normal" screen saying please lock the bootloader.

Try doing this process manually, if you're selling it. I would infer the data doesn't matter on the device.
Depending on which OS you are on. Focus your command prompt with fast boot installed to your directory containing the stock files (unzip the image zip)
Now do the following process manually. Step by step
fastboot flash bootloader bootloader-angler-angler-xx.xx.img
fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot flash radio radio-angler-angler-xx.xx.img
fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot flash vendor vendor.img
fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot format cache
fastboot flash cache cache.img
Now, if you still get the red warning. Repeat the process and add :
fastboot format userdata
DO NOT FLASH THE USERDATA IMAGE
If this does not work, I have other suggestions.
same prob in orange..plz help bro

To flash back to stock, you have to boot into bootloader and using fastboot to flash factory image.
But hey, you're in the Nexus 6P forum, try following this guide in the Nexus 5X forum:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-5x/general/guides-how-to-guides-beginners-t3206930
I just went through this. Just unlock your bootloader with the Nexus toolkit and it'll go away that's all i did

You have bootloader unlocked??
To summarize, I have a Moto G5 Plus, with locked bootloader and I decided to update a ROM STOCK and made a simple mistake by forgetting the OEM unlock option in advance in the configuration menu. An error occurred on the way and tried to return to the stock. Now, when the phone boots up, it enters the boot loader (which is locked) and displays a startup error message that states that you must use the Software Repair Wizard.
trying to enter the recovery gives a code:
AP Fastboot Flash Mode [Secure]
Fastboot Reason: UTAG "bootmode" configured as fastboot
failed to validate boot image
ERROR: Failed to pass validation, backup to fastboot
Boot up failed
Is there a known solution or force a recovery to work?
Thanks to all
Hello;
I found the solution, download the latest firmware from your cell phone, download it just unzip the zip and look for the files: gpt.bin and bootloader.img, those 2 ctrl + c and files go to the folder where they downloaded ADB tools and paste the files there , then execute the steps to open command window here and execute the following:
fastboot flash partitiongpt.bin
fastboot bootloader bootloader.img
fastboot reboot-bootloader
and it is ready to install the downloaded rom.
Gracias a AndresBRS https://www.clangsm.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=466891

Hello,
I have a Nothing Phone 1 that hangs in bootloader/fastboot mode.
The bootloader is unlocked.
Unfortunately, the phone can no longer be booted into recovery mode.
With fastboot the device is still recognized.
So you could still flash files via fastboot.
The phone was not rooted.
The phone previously ran with the original stock firmware 1.1.7 hotfix.
It is an EEA device.
Is there anything that can be done?
Or is it now an expensive paperweight?
Try running "fastboot reboot recovery" in the terminal with your phone connected.
Unfortunately this does not work.
Thanks for the quick reply.
The device then boots back into the bootloader
It looks like they have Nothing OS downloads here. You could just try reflashing the phone through fastboot.
Looks like someone else is having the same problem. Keep an eye on that thread in case a solution comes up there.
so, i have the unpacked payload.bin image files. Here fastboot tells me several errors with odm.img FAILED (remote: '(odm_b) No such partition'), with product.img FAILED (remote: 'Partition not found'), with system.img FAILED (remote: 'Partition not found'), with system_ext.img FAILED (remote: '(system_ext_b) No such partition') and with vendor.img FAILED (remote: 'Partition not found').
After a restart, the error remains.
There is also the fastbootD mode, but this does not work or does not boot.
After this command the device hangs in bootlogo (nothing).
Unfortunately very sad that there is still no solution for this. let's hope that there is soon a solution for this.

Type "fastboot reboot fastboot" in the terminal, with your phone connected, and then run "fastboot flash <yourimagename>.img".
yes, when i enter this command the device restarts and hangs in the bootlogo and in the terminal it says then wait for any device. That means the Nothing Phone does not start the fastbootD mode.
And if he doesn't do this, I think it looks really bad.
Are you using Windows to flash it?
Yes windows 11 with the latest drivers, but I have already considered using linux.
Which linux distribution would be best. Then I will download it and try it out.
I would recommend Ubuntu, if you have a spare computer to install it on (or dual boot). Just make sure you install the tools needed from here (Scroll down to the "Command line tools only" section and download the Linux version)
I only use Linux, so let me know if you have any questions.
Ok thanks. I will have a look and install it on a notebook later.
You have to be very careful. I had the same problem (bootloop in fastboot) and by dint of manipulation, no more fastboot, my smartphone is hard brick (black screen with logo and message key to shutdown)

If your phone has a Qualcomm processor, you still have EDL mode.
It is not bricked. Just flash any cutom rom, I recommend Paranoid Android. Then revert back to stock NOS.
@MakDroid
I just installed Topaz 1 (A13) to save my bricked phone. How can i revert back to stock NOS from A13? There is any option or i have to wait for full rom with A13?

Download NOS 1.1.7 full from here.
Extract payload.bin and place all the extracted .img files inside a folder named "images".
Copy the images folder and the attached bat file (extract the zip to get the bat file) to the platform-tools folder.
Run the bat file and it will start flashing. Wait for it to complete and then simply update to latest version using stock updater.
