Hi folks,
Recently I received my Lemfo Lem5 smartwatch and it was working great. After using it 5 days suddenly it went off. I tried to on smartwatch but it didn't work. I thought it might be battery drain issue so I charged it for 5 hours but still nothing appeared on screen neither it turned on. I also tried to connect it to my PC but the result is same, nothing happened.
Could you guys please help me to make it work again as I only used it for 5-6 days.
Thanks.
Did the watch show anything when plugged in the charger? (indication that is charging on the screen).
I had the same, but then I plugged in the charger the watch showed a battery and signal level.
I suspected the middle button as the problem and I opened the watch and inserted a small piece of cardboard (thicker paper) between the watch internal and the middle button.
Works like a charm.
When connected to charger or PC, nothing appears on the screen. Its completely black. I left watch with charger for around 4 hours but result was same.
Strange... Open the back cover and see if the baterry connector is fixed. Maybe it came loose. If is not that then I don't know what might be.

Hello dear Forum members,
ive brought a new geniue Mx5 phone.
the phone worked perfectly for a couple of days.
yesterday i forgot to charge it and it completly drained its battery.
in the morning i connected the phone with its original charger and cable and nothing happens.
the phone wont charge and wont start, i've tried different chargers and cables and even connecting it to my comp via USB and still nothing happens..
theres only a led notification light blinking, the phone and the charger are COLD even after a couple of hours connected to the charger..
i also tried to remove the simcard and enter the recovory mode ( tired pushing the volume buttons [+ and -] with the power button, and all the possible combinations and yet nothing...)
i didnt drop the phone and didnt put it under extreme wheater....
what can i do ?
i'd be very thankful to have your advice and ideas
yours,
Elitemagix
Hello!
Have you tried to let the phone charging some hours? When the battery is fully drained you need to do this

hey iicc thank you for the reply,
after i read your comment i charged the phone for the whole night, and still in the morning nothing happened the notification light is still blinking and the phone is cold
any other ideas???
Ive had the exact same problem, just ordered the phone came today... let it die then charged and now its not charging! I don't know what to do! Did you find a solution?
Hi, I've the same problem with a Meizu MX3. Have you found any solution?
Hold power till stops blinking, should just boot after that.
hi i have this problem too has anyone fixed it ?
I had and have the same issue with my Meizu MX4, with the Ubuntu Touch (OTA-14) OS.
I have changed battery and connector and the problem still remains.
Taking out the battery and charging it externally works, but charging it through the connector and micro-USB plug does not work.
As I suppose other people higher up in this thread have Flyme as OS, it seems to be a motherboard issue to me.
Any solutions found meanwhile?
Since I don't have the necessary equipment at home to perform the external charging, and I have so far relied two times on a repair shop to do so, I would also be interested to get references of universal or Meizu specific external charging equipment.
Thanks.
I had the same problem with my meizu m5c
Idont know if it will work on your meizu models bu i fixed my by just pressing the volume up and power button then it showed “battery lower than 25%,update available” then i pressed restart and placed it on my charger and it was fixed
Hi Everyone! I have a galaxy note 3 SM N9005 32GB. I've started facing a very weird problem recently that I cannot find described anywhere in quite the way I'm experiencing it.. My note 3 powered off by itself after running out of charge last night. Ever since then, the only thing that happens when I plug it in to charge is that the screen stays black and the phone only vibrates once. No charging LED indicator, nothing on the screen at all, just a black screen like when the phone is off. In order to get it to vibrate again, I have to do a power drain before connecting it back to a charger. There's nothing on the screen at all. Can't boot into recovery or download modes and it's not detected by a computer. Have tried multiple cables (USB 3.0 and 2) and have 2 batteries which were working fine till this happened.
Any idea of what's going on? And if I can back up any data from it like contacts and messages? Thankfully, I had transferred almost every app I could to the micro SD card (128GB Sandisk) and was able to at least recover my notes from colornote, but I digress. What is going on in my phone?
Additional info - the battery is probably still charging when I plug it in. I think this because the phone and the battery warm up after being plugged in for a little while just like they used to when the phone was working.
Even more additional info - I don't know if this is relevant, but I recently upgraded to the most recent OS version available. I think It's a 5.0 or something but I can't remember exactly. Also, the front camera stopped working some time after the upgrade. And 2 days before this, 2 apps refused to update for some reason. I don't know if this could be related.
TL;DR - Note 3 N9005 ran out of charge and is now almost dead with black screen and no LED but vibrates only once after plugging in or pushing the power button. To get it to vibrate again, a power drain needs to be done. The battery is still charging because it gets warm when plugged in.
I too had the same problem but when I connected the phone it would not even vibrate like completely dead.
Maybe try these:-
1)Connect it to the pc of it detects it then recovery would be easy.
2)Connect the charger properly.
3)remove battery for like 30 minutes and try the steps 1 and 2 again.
4) If still not working go to the dealer cause I had to go to him too. ?

I bought it off of amazon, any suggestions in such a case? Besides trying to send it back, I mean. Anything or tool I can try? I don't mind if it gets technical. Need to get my app data off the internal memory.
Though mine started with a different problem than yours, since today it seems like the problem is same like yours. Phone's display is totally black, yet I can go to download mode (cause phone is detected by Odin), I flashed the latest stock ROM of UK too, but now there is no change anyway. I want to be practical and think that this is a display problem, if not I will be more than happy. I have to send the phone to a local technician I know, lets see.
The only think I believe you can do is wait, for maybe 6-7 hours or so, with the battery detached, and then insert it back and see whether its booting with display on or not, if not its more likely a hardware issue, display possibly.
So earlier this week, I was using my phone with Google Maps like usual. I plugged in my vehicle USB port to the phone to save battery. I had +50% on the phone and 1A USB port. So after like 5 minutes of it being plugged in, my phone just turned off. I tried turning it back on and all I get is the boot screen, then AXON shows, and puff... Phone off again. I tried booting into recovery but phone turns off before TWRP finishes loading. Phone doesn't seem to be charging. Tried different cables and charger to charge phone but nothing. No charge light. Seems like battery is dead because the phone turns off during boot and battery not charging.
Nothing seems shorted. Phone been working great for weeks before this. BL unlocked, Debloated stock, TWRP. Any ideas other than sending back for warranty? Luckily I still have my S7 as primary but I had my Axon for primary for my trip for real world daily use. Needles to say, photos and videos are wanted off the phone.

Have you tried going to bootloader mode by holding power and volume down
If the battery has died, then the phone wouldn't turn on is my thinking as everyone you then it on it eats some vattwry
You didn't mention specifically, but have you tried using the factory wall charger & cable and leave charge for like an hour?

Original charger but with certified Micro-b/USB-C cable I've been using for weeks between my S7 and the Axon.
So I left the phone alone for the last few days as I was busy at work and Just didn't feel like messing with it when I got home. I tried to turn the phone on but battery was dead. The quick flash of red led was the indicator trying to power it up. So I used my Samsung charger as it was right there and the original ZTE cable. Phone lights up charging and so I left it as is to go to work. I get home, the green led is lit, so I'm hoping my phone will power up now. Nope, right back to my original issue. Power on phone, gets to Axon logo then eventually turns off or goes black screen. I tried booting into recovery but turns off before fully loading. I try to charge phone again but no led indicator.
So later today, I'm going to try to boot into fastboot and try the new TWRP recovery. Maybe it was enabling r/w on system that caused this. I had downgraded to unlock bootloader and then installed ZADmix. I've been usuing it nonstop for 2 weeks with no issues. I have xposed installed so I know rebooted a few times to get everything working and it never turned off since then.
Really frustrating as that's the phone that had my pictures on it.
Hi @RoninBlackSoul, so what did you end up do ? Have you found any way to bring back the Axon from the dead or sent it back to ZTE for repair / replacement ? Same thing just happened to me, and for me Axon 7 is my primary phone ... if the phone is really dead ... will neve buy another ZTE phone ever !!!

Honestly not sure what did it. After battery drained, plugged it in to charge for 2 or 3 days. Then remembered some note about enabling write access in TWRP (something like that) would cause bootloops. Which is weird, rebooted the phone a few times when it was working.
Any case, I reflahed the recovery/bootstack in EDL and got my phone back. Been working great 5 months now

@RoninBlackSoul, thanks for the feedback.
Got mine working also, my phone was not charging at all. After suddenly rebooting and battery went dead fast, phone was not able to charge for about two days. After which, suddenly started working again, was able to charge and works normally now. This is weird. From my point of view this could be: 1. some sort of auto-protection perhaps or 2. an actual hardware design issue that manifests at random (for some after few weeks or months after purchase). For the 1 point: I was using a non original cable using the original charger, and the USB type c plug was hot at the time the issue occurred. Perhaps due to that heat some protection mechanism manifested that got reset after phone was completely out of juice. Will use only original cable with the Original Fast Charger from now on, as the usb-c plug of the 3rd party cable was fine with a normal charger (non QC3). Hope issue will not manifest again or, Axon 7 will be my last ZTE device ...

I only use good chargers rated for QC or 2/2.4 amps like samsung, anker, aukey. Haven't had issues since. Plus certified type-c cables at all times

I there, I got the Finow x5 plus last week and today the smart watch is suddenly stopped and will not turn on. Pushing on the buttons gives no response. Just charged it on the pc and put it on and for a moment there was the clock screen but then it turned Black and looks dead. Connecting on USB with pc gives no action. No charging or screen that pops up. Does someone has an idea how to restart the watch.
Take the back off and disconnect the battery for about 30 seconds. Then attach the cable again and try to turn it on.
I guess you already made sure that you have charged the watch?

My Nexus 7 2012 suddenly died, trying to use after a long time. It was stuck at loading so I wiped cache and it booted fine was very slow and sort of felt stuck so I rebooted and it never powered on again. It doesnt even show charging battery sign when plugged in. I tried everything nothing worked.
1) Pushed the power button for a minute and combination of other buttons as well
2) Left the battery for charging for hours at least 24 hours
3 Tried charging battery manually by removing it (like mentioned in many youtube videos etc)
I thought battery died but if I connect a small bulb to the battery it works fine, so I do not think battery is dead. What should I do? PC doesnt recognize it but if I plug it in the PC usb port and try to power on the tablet it does make a sound when something is connected to the PC but nothing shows up and it never charges.
What do you think it is? How should I fix this?
anyone?
I think the motherboard has died. The solution is a motherboard replacement.
I was given a Nexus 7 (2012) that had the same problem. The procedure in this video fixed it. Take note that there are two cells in the battery, two red wires and two black wires, you need to charge both cells. I made up a double lead and charged them both at the same time from a Samsung 1.0 amp charger, no problems. The unit now charges to 100% and works fine.
Forum wouldn't let me post a link. Search youtube for "Nexus 7 dead" and check the video by Doug Peng. Worked like a charm for me.

Hi, mannesty...
I've found this link...
...but here, Doug Peng talks about the Nexus 7 2013 model, the successor to the original Nexus 7 2012, so I'm dubious how much of what he says can be applied to the OP's original 1st generation Nexus 7.
----------------------------------
My view, is that I think the OP's device is hardbricked, with a corrupted or erased bootloader.
From his/her more recent post...
https://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-7/help/figured-reviving-nexus-7-blob-files-t3983203
This is also highly suggestive of it too...

The charging battery animation, with the device in a powered off state, is part of the bootloader. It's failure to appear strongly suggests the bootloader is corrupted/overwritten/erased and the device thereby hardbricked, and the only tenable solution is a motherboard replacement, as a previous poster here has suggested.
Having said all of that though, it couldn't hurt to have a tinker around with the battery ~ and maybe Doug Peng might have something useful that just might work.
Rgrds,
Ged.

If your device is still bricked, go check out my guide on How to unbrick.
