I believe you will lose everything on your SD card if you don't. So make a backup just in case and give it a try.
I didn't lost anything on my SD card and I didn't change anything. However, you can just remove your card while you flash the firmware and then put it back in after it starts back up.
Appreciate it

jje
did you had any lagfix before the upgrade? did you tried to flash with repartition?
i have the same problem any luck with this?
It sounds like you have corrupted your card by flashing incorrectly too many times.
AS A LAST RESORT ONLY:
Link the phone to the pc and format the internal sd with "panasonic sd formatter" its free, just google it, don't use windows formatter. The phone will then say that the sd card is corrupt, now go into recovery and factory reset the phone - make sure you can do this before doing anything!
Once you have it working again do yourself a favour and don't enable any lagfixes ever again.

I accidentally wiped my internal storage and ROM completely from my device.
It was empty. I had to flash images available on the developer site. After managing to transfer files back onto my phone I flashed cm10.1 again.
Now I notice I have only 8GB storage.
Anyone else experience such an issue?

In stock recovery you have to wipe cache and dalvik, if that doesn't fix it do a factory rest to fix it. It may erase even your SD Card so back it up on cloud or pc first to be safe
If you were not lazy or stressed of what happened you could have always referred to our good friend Google. And it took me exactly I second to find the right answer for you. Also I've had the same issue when rooting and installing stock 4.2.2 but it took me also few second to repair the problem. So next time dont be shy and use search or Google

[HOW-TO] Fix internal storage if 16GB now shows 8GB
U just need to 'fastboot flash data data.img' from the stock files

Thank you all for your help and suggestions I will follow them. I did search Google to be honest but I believe the search I did was shallow because I was being extremely panicky as I had already lost everything on my internal storage. Thank you for understanding and helping.

I'm not sure what happened but I have not installed any updates, or done anything to my phone for some time now. I am rooted and on stock ROM but when I just rebooted my phone it is now stuck on the Verizon Logo. Any ideas as to why or what may have caused this and how to fix without wiping?
Update: I removed ext SD card and SIM and rebooted it came back on, removed battery re-installed SIM and ext SD card then rebooted and stuck back on Verizon logo. Removed battery again removed ext SD then re-installed batter rebooted and it came back then inserted ext SD. Any body have any ideas?
So you only get stuck on the Verizon Logo when you have an MicroSD installed?

Yes, I haven't tried it again though. When it came on, I left it on.

Does it happen with any sd card? Or just that particular one? Try another. Or maybe backup what's in the sd card, format and then see if it will work. Best of luck!

I had another 64gb card so I swapped them out and reloaded the data. Seems to be working better now. Thanks!

I would like to keep a copy of stock rom in rom slot and a second copy in slot 1 so I can try the zip to restore underlining spelling errors in slot 1 version to avoid ruining my stock rom. Anyway, I can't find directions anywhere about how to put a copy of stock rom into slot 1 of safestrap. Would you be so kind as to help me out. I'm a dope so I need very specific directions. Thanks again.

Backup stock slot then restore that backup in second slot.

I read somewhere that someone tried that and it didn't work. I really need to keep track of links better.
Anyway, if I do that I can still restore the stock rom slot as well right?
Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk 2
Weird, don't see why it wouldn't work. But yes you could just restore stock rom after backing it up if the zip breaks it.

Guys I'm running out of room on internal storage and was thinking about flashing on stock slot but don't wanna f anything up. Give me a basic walk through on how to flash to stock slot?
Thanks

Just make a backup of your stock slot, wipe it, then flash whichever ROM you'd like to in that spot. I've never messed with other slots, have always just wiped stock and flashed there. Never had any problems. Hope this helps

That's what I thought but wasn't sure

Yup, same here, I always use stock. As long as you make a nandroid and just back it up on your SD card or PC, you are fine. If you ever royally screw up, you can always go back to your nandroid.
