Hello.
My dad recently bought Galaxy J3 2016.
Most alarms don't ring when phone is locked.
Resetting to factory settings doesn't fix that.
He sent his phone to warranty repair, but they couldn't fix that.
Any suggestions how to fix that?
My dad doesn't want to void warranty so i can't install custom rom.
Thanks in advance.

Hello people,
i've read much about self destroying displays with the Galaxy S4. A friend of mine had the same problem, but it was sent to samsung and they fixed it for warranty.
My S4 was built in January 2014. Are there still these problems?
I have flashed all my phones till now, but now im scared to flash the S4, because of this problem.
Would it be possible, to reset the flash counter (Triangle for example), even if the display is not working? (Phone is still working and will be detected on a computer)
Thanks people!
Hi everyone, I got my S5 3 months ago and I regret that I didn't read the instruction carefully.
I thought that the principle of rooting S5 was same as S3 so I have tripped the KNOX counter.
If my S5 has a focusing problem and I can guarantee that this was not cause by me (because this problem occurred once I brought) and I still go to Samsung Care, will they still fix it for me?
I am frustrated with this problem for this 3 month, please help me and sorry for my poor English bro.
P.S. I live in Hong Kong

Hi!
A friend of mine asked me if I could root his SM-G900H device and install a Google free ROM.
Dumb as I am, I said yes and yesterday he told me that the phone may be an imitation.
But how to figure that out? I got the attached screenshot but I am not familiar with Samsung devices and I never rooted one.
Is it safe to root this device?
Hello, Can you help me bypass the Samsung Reactivation Lock on a Galaxy A5 2015 model SM-A500FU running official Android Lollipop 5.0.1? I tried going into the accessibility settings -> TTS Options bug and accessed browser but the A5 doesn't have a Manage Accounts tab so I can't add another account. Also I can't use the KNOX Launcher UI bug/method because the device was rooted in the past. And I tried taking the phone to a repair store but no one would do anything, I am living in Romania so pretty much that's why. Can you help me with some info, bugs to bypass the reactivation lock on my phone? Thank you very much!

It doesn't work like that, and I can't downgrade from 5.0.2 to 4.4.4 because I tried before and the phone will be permanently dead and won't be able to start in recovery or download mode after downgrading to KitKat. So, any other ideas?

The reactivation lock is in security settings, you need to activate it then deactivate. Only then is it turned off
Or flash a firmware from another country.
Sent from my SM-N920F
More or lesser its that what i mean, lol.
Hey all im new here and i came from a nexus 6p. Im eager to root the s8 but since this is my first samsung device i have been doing some research about KNOX and the warranty and that it apparently voids the warranty. So really my question is by australian consumer law, does samsung still have to repair the device even if knox was tripped? Thanks in advance hopefully someone can clarify this for me. ?
