So i repaired the screen on a Galaxy s7 edge international phone, Everything went fine except now the earspeaker and loudspeaker don't work. This is the 2nd S7 edge with this issue that i've run into, if anyone has any information, please let me know!

I have a pretty major issue and if you could provide some insight that would be awesome.
I have purchased 2 galaxy S7 Edge, one for me and one for my wife, and despite being able to have phone calls with others (non S7 Edge users) the calls are crystal clear. When trying to call my wife, the call is squealled and echoed or just cuts off entirely.
Things I tried so far without any effect:
- Reset both phones (soft and factory reset)
- Verified that the mic and speaker (via diagnostic menu and with internet calls)
- wiped out all the applications to make sure that nothing hijacks the mic during the call
All these led to nothing.
If you have any idea or encountered this yourself, please add your opinion.

Hello. can somebody help me, i have a problem with microphone on my galaxy a5 (2016), yesterday i noticed that it is not working while i was using google now, than i tried record my voice to confirm and yes, it is the same problem that i had on my old phone galaxy express, mic is very noisy and not recording voice, only i can hear some voice when i blow into mic hole at the bottom of phone. tried cleaning hole but nothing, tried factory reset, also nothing, i just bought that phone 2 or 3 weeks ago so i have 2 years warranty, but before maybe someone has something to try out. below is example of recorded voice. Hello, today I purchased nillkin sparkle flip cover for my samsung galaxy s7 edge. Everything seems working except 1 function that is answering calls. Every time someone calls me, I can't answer call through that circle. Anyone know the problem? Tried installing other app that is for s-view but that the call answering problem has too. Reject is working but answering is not. S7 edge bought yesterday. Sorry for my english.

Suddenly the bottom mic of the phone does not record as it should, and actually I have to speak very loud for it to record something. Upper mic works fine, I flashed another ROM and the problem stays.
At the moment I cannot make any calls unless I switch the phone to speaker (that uses the upper mic), nor send any voice notes on whatsapp....Any advise?
I have a S7 edge with official latest ROM.
Everything is ok.
Normal calling, video calling etc. There is no problem.
When i make a call via whatsapp, still there is no problem.
But when i make a video call via whatsapp,
1. Both sides can see eachother.
2. I can hear the voice of other side.
3. BUT, other side can hear my voice VERY VERY LOW!
I tried a lot of things.
I checked the permissions.
I cleared cache, data.
I installed whatsapp again.
Still the same problem. (I do not want to reset phone)
My friend has the same phone, same ROM, almost same applications.
He does not have this kind of problem.
Anyone can help me?
