Problem Solved: Using a custom theme, change to default!
Has anyone seen this problem? All the quick settings buttons work but I see no icons. So for example I don't know if I have toggled mobile data on or off unless I press and hold it and check in data usage page.
If you know of a solution that would be great!
Or does anyone knows how to reinstall 7.0? maybe it was just an error while updating.
Are you using the default theme?

Hi there!
I've searched and have no found an answer to my question, in both google and XDA.
I'm trying to change the docked icons on my i9505 (the icons at the bottom of the launcher homescreen). This appears to be the same problem with the S2 on the official Samsung JB release that I could not also edit the dock icons. This is rather frustrating because I would like to remove the browser (internet) icon and change it to chrome.
I'm running the official ROM (XXUAMDE) which is the official Australian ROM.
I have also rooted my phone using Chainfires CF Auto Root
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
On a second question, is there a way to mod the hand gestures (specifically jump) to work with all scrolling applications, such as chrome, spotify etc...? Or will I have to wait until the developers of the respective applications work on that?
Regards,
Alex.
In order to move the dock icons, you'll need to edit the others.xml file in /system/csc and change <CscFeature_Launcher_ReplaceHotseatAreaInEditMode> from TRUE to FALSE.

My others.xml file doesn't have that line? I added it and set it to FALSE but I still cannot move the App tray icon.
Really? I'm running the same ROM and can see it in the middle of the file.

Which ROM are you running? I'm on stock rooted w/ motochopper. And by setting it to FALSE you can move your App Tray icon?
Stock with CF root. Yes i can move my icons.

Thanks so much man it worked just rebooted after. I searched for days to no avail.
Not sure why anyone else would have issues it should be the same others.xml file.

Hi people,
My LG G2 theme settings suddenly went missing when I restarted my phone, all the themes settings are gone. Don't even have the button for the themes.(Normally will have the themes option when you go to the display settings) I can't even use the knock on normally as if it's not the default launcher.
Need some help please.
Thank you.

Are you running a custom ROM?
All I did was download home themes and installed them, they all worked but then when I reset the phone this happened.

Had the same issue as you. But then I installed that apk I sent you and all is well.
Maybe try a full wipe and start over.

Same issue here. After a reboot the themes were all gone, and the themes option as well. What apk are you installing too get it working again?

I need help figuring out where my battery option went. Strange thing..suddenly the option was gone ? No special apps installed, I have no root..running out of the box stock Touchwiz.
I've rebooted the phone..done cache wipe in stock recovery. Have not yet factory reset the phone, though it will be my next step, if you guys don't have any ideas...
Never seen this before ?
Battery option was embedded in Smart Manager. I guess something wrong with it

i did and its clear for me that this is the problem, but that happend out of the box. so i thought mybe there is a way like wiping or flashing anything that will solve the problem.
i now have smartmanager removed with TB, but i thought maybe there is a way to get it working without using all the bloatware from sammy
Installed smartmanager back. And can open it no problem but now even battery options in settings will fc.
With sm deinstalled I could at least open battery tab in settings

I'm running s7 settings and i copied applock but it won't work.
Using SpaceRocket ROM because it's the only one with working multi window for me.
Can you confirm working applock and multi window on another G900H rom?

The S7 Edge already has the S8 softkeys installed, but are disabled by default. If rooted, open up build.prop and search for "qemu.hw.mainkeys". Change the value to 0 and reboot.
If u don't find it add this line qemu.hw.mainkeys=0 . Save and reboot
Thanks. Wierd. I tried it? But when I reboot there is nothing. Also. They line is removed from the build.prop?
I'm using es explorer?
I'm not sure if this is useful or not. But I have used system ui and rom control to sac23 s8 port rom.

Yes it might be useful for me someday
It works, I use Renovate Dream Rom. But TouchWiz doesn't agroup five icons on drawer. So, I reedited \System\Build.prop to remove the line qemu.hw.mainkeys=0. S7 doesn't need virtual buttons, it has fisical buttons.
