[Q] Music Player stops suddenly songs

Hello everyone
I bought this week an xiaomi note 4g
Every time I turn on the music player after 2 songs it freez and for replay it should close force or sometimes restarting the phone
I installed a new player but it does not help
Someone did this happen? Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks

I am facing the same issue with my Xiaomi Note 3G. The issue is with memory card perhaps.

Try to format your memory card and see if problem persists...

is it that the music stop after the screen locked?

I tried to format the memory card that does not help
The music starts half a minute stops for a few seconds and repeat again stops
Then the phone got stuck and had to turn it back

same as here. it will happen only when locked screen.

Are u using any task manager(like clean master) which automatically stops the player while the screen is off...
Try to play music in safe mode and see if it works or not...

I'm asking that it happens to you when your screen is on or when phone is locked...?

This happens when we set pattern or any other lock type to our screen in redmi phones. I too faced this issue...put lock screen as none and then there won't b any issue with music
Edit: above thing dint work for long time. Looks like miui bug

It is not the problem with the memory card. The problem is with the MIUI Software. It forces closes apps for RAM Optimization when the screen is locked. It is a bug and has been reported to Xiaomi India Official. Hope that they will correct this issue in the next update !!

I was having same issue and was looking for a solution ..
And I knew something is kiling my music app ...
So here is the solution that worked for me ..
Go to security > power > change settings in there
Clean memory - never
Sleep - never
But it's seriously a bug which I hope would be fixed in next update ..

I own a Note 4g for a couple of months now and never had this issue.

I am using MI4i (32gb), when i use music player, it started normally with full sound but after 6-7 seconds volume automatically decreasing.
Kindly help for this issue.

For the pause bug, there's a simple solution. Try it
Download kernel auditor from play store.
Go to cpu hotplug and disable mp decision.
Now go to cpu and enable two or more cores.
That's it.

Currently I am using Redmi Note 3 , awesome smartphone but the music player stops playing after the screen locks manually . Please suggest a way for uninterrupted music playback with screen lock ?

I went to the settings_additional settings_developer settings_memory optimisation... And set optimisation to low and worked for me. Try for yourself maybe it will help.

Low or no notification sound problem in Android 7.0

Hi There!
I got my android nougat update recently , in India and there on I've been facing this no sound on notification issue .
It isn't something new for me as even on android 6 we had this issue , but earlier it could be fixed using the device help app , in which you'd test the speakers twice and it'll work fine..
However with the 7 we have the new device app which doesn't fix the problem .
And it isn't just me facing the no notification sound , but I'm sure many of the Moto G4 plus devices are facing .
I did post this on the motorola forum , however I know they'll be ass slow in releasing a software update fix for this .
If there's a tweak anybody can come up with , that'll really be grateful for a lot many users .

Well , I have the xt 1643 and the issue is very common , I mean a lot and a lot of users are facing this , I don't know why you aren't facing the issue , it has been a software glitch since a long time . Which model do you have?
I Have 2 more friends facing the same issue , and I have read about it on the moto forums too , a lot have complained .
If you find a bit about it lemme know please , there must be a fix for this .
Do lemme know if you need some links , I have a few from the forums to show you what it actually is.

Doesn't work.
It's seriously a bugging issue .
At times you hear the notification sound , after some time they're completely mute.
Do you people have the ringer slider in your volumes?
Because it's supposed to be I guess , I just have 3 , the media , alarm and noti .
And Im pretty sure its cuz the ringer is messed up / missing .
Its a software thing , but maybe some tweak can fix this up .
I have tried the troubleshooting steps , doesn't work .
Also , I am sure it isn't any app causing it , have tried it in safe mode , and reset app preferences , nothing works.
And I'm not taking this to the service center , the first reason is - The media , music , works exceptionally well on nougat , the issue is with the notification , at times with skype and ringer . So its not a hardware issue , the second reason is - A lot of users , here in india atleast are facing the low sound bug.
I would really appreciate some tweaks man .

Android Wear issue - no call indication

Hey,
I have a weird issue where i don't get call notifications (other apps work fine) on my GWR.
i just get "sim1" notification and it doesn't even vibrate ! just shows.
i added a pic.
Already did a full wipe of the phone and watch, not working !

I'm not having call notification issues on both Zenwatch 3 and Gear s3 Frontier.
Seems some kind of compatibility issue between your smartwatch and the smartphone.
Since you did both hard reset the watch and the phone I can figure out other solution.
But hey getting vibration during notification is up to the watch if has that feature and not the phone.

Problem with Moto G 5 Plus Haptic Feedback

Hello everybody. I'm having an annoying issue with my Moto G 5 Plus wich started recently.
Sometimes when I'm using the keyboard, the low vibration every key does instantly deactivates, including the response of the fingertrip sensor (it still works but it wont vibrate too). After a couple of minutes or hours it starts working again as it should be.
I have the Amazon Ads & Offers version, so I cannot root it yet, I think, and I'm pretty sure its a software issue, as I've seen more posts of the same problem in the Lenovo forums.
Using the phone on secure mode havent presented this problem yet.
Any advice or solution?

I have the same problem. It restarts working if I use one of the Moto Action, for example camera gesture. Sometimes also restart working randomly, as you said. But I've searched some fix, but I didn't found nothing. I'm on potter_n (European model with NFC) so it should be a software bug, but it happens too randomly to say this :/
The only probable cause could be the hot weather of these days.

It's probably an issue with the haptic motor. I've had this issue for the past several months, both on stock and custom ROMs. From what I know, it's not an uncommon issue on Potter.

S8 weird camera problem

Hi guys, I have been dealing with s8 camera problem for months now and decided to ask before I smash my phone into the wall.
Problem looks simple, I start recording and it randomly stops. Its followed by quick flash(the one that you see when switching the camera on) and looks like camera is restarting. It happens after 2,5, 10 seconds or sometimes doesn't happen at all. I recorded a video of my baby and after 20s I found out that recording stopped and I didn't get anything. I tried to use a camera in safe mode, seems to be working fine there.
Does it mean that some apps interfere with camera app? Also tried cleaning the cache which didn't help. Is there a way to find what apps are causing the issue? Is factory reset best option in my case? I would add that I can see those weird flashes even when I'm not recording and camera is simply switched on.
I would appreciate any help guys. Thank you.

Yes, they worked fine and didn't have any issues. I would like to use an original app tho because I find it much quicker and less complicated. Wonder if it's maybe related to Samsung cloud sync. I'm just too scared to factory reset lol

So you are saying that U never tried to solve the problem by doing a factory reset? That should be second thing on your list, after restarting. xD
