did you modify anything in Kernel Aduitor if you have it or LSpeed? Reset it all to stock and observed your phone.

Hey guys, I was faced with a disturbing issue.
A few days ago I flashed my Z1 with CyanogenOS and ChromaKernel R4. I also installed Synapse to change CPU governer to "Conservative". Everything looks fine at first. But recently I found that sometimes when I pressed the HOME button to make screen on, it just didn't wakeup and then lost control. The screen is all black, all buttons wouldn't work, but I can see the LCD backlight module is working. So I had to long press the POWER button to force reboot. After reboot it would be fine, but may happen again in random times. I tried to turn on "wakeup boost" in Synapse but looks no improvement.
Anyone could help me to solve this issue? Many thx.
plz help me:crying:
what if you reflash everything from the beginning?

I guess I have to flash MrColdbird's CM13 ASAP.
There is no big thing to do with the video recording of cm14.1 .
The solution Is simple and clear. Let just change the camera app . .
1) download Google camera for noughat
2) install it
Download:
http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google...amera-4-2-024-137460634-android-apk-download/
This will replace the default cm camera to google camera and that's it
, note :
at first boot it won't work just crash and don't blame me. Just reboot phone twice and say the difference. :good:

1) download Gapps :" stock " for 7.1 (approx : 673.1 mb)
2) flash it with the ROM (any cm14.1)

The solution is not that simple, I am using Google camera on Cm14.1, it doesn't always work as expected. A bit better than CM camera? Perhaps!
I think you should change the kernel!

I know agni, I use it frequently. Even the agni dev still mentioned for the latest kernel that the problem is actually from rom side, some camera hw variants may be lucky that's working, some won't. In may cases, are different from rom to rom, but in most roms, cam flashes have the problems. And, I may be a bit lucky that my hw variants is old one, the problems are less than others.
I am on agni

i don't know if it has been fixed, but it isn't stable yet, and it probably won't be either, unless huawei releases the sources for it's hardware.
if you want a stable os with everything working, use a rom based on stock. i think it is fixed in los 14.1, but not sure.
Ohh okej, but what happens if I go with lingerage over CyanogenMod, do I have to factiry reset?
Hi, have you found a solution? Same issue for me with Snapchat & Instagram or any other third party app for video recording. Taking photos as well as stock camera video is fine.
I flashed oreo update the debloat one and some people have similar system ui lags and recent apps also

OK, try the omega kernel and, nolimits 11.7. Make sure to un check kernel mods in the nolimits profile. Hopefully this solution solves for you

Hopefully you confirmed as I mentioned to you in another thread. If if is not a hardware issue then, yes. You can install via the kernel via one of the two recommended playstore apps. I personally flash via twrp on this device when flashing a kernel. No limits can be installed via Magisk. Information about nolimits and, profile can be found here :https://forum.xda-developers.com/on...xxx-nolimits-1-0-speed-ram-optimized-t3799167
