I can not make or receive calls in any custom rom but in the stock rom is normally XT1607

I can't seem to send (but I can receive) text messages. I had some flashing of ROMs issues (rooted, flashed a ICS Rom, flashed back to stock, rooted, flashed to another ICS ROM). I have data, and I followed the instructions in this thread:

I had my phone with just Stock ROM and root. I was using SafeStrap to attempt to use some ROMs and the one in particular I tried was

Well, it did not work so I switched to the Stock ROM and deleted the installation of the CM12. And once I booted up the Stock ROM my phone was unable to get service. I checked my radios, it was NC4.
Fed up I deiced to use Odin to flash a complete Stock NC4 VZW set up on it and then I wiped all data/cache from the Stock Recovery.
Once again I booted it up and there still is no signal.
At this point I dont care if it is a custom ROM or if it is rooted, I just want to be able to get calls/texts.....

OK here is the problem, I went to install carrier branded firmware via ODIN, I got an ext4 error and the phone wouldn't boot. I flashed with CWM and the phone booted instantly, the numbers all say I am am running carrier branded however there is no branding, no carrier apps which I was looking it is stock firmware and more importantly no VoWiFi settings which I was looking.
Any ideas?
I flashed XXUHOF2 stock firmware,after that in attempt to root my device,I flashed TWRP through odin with auto reboot ticked.After reboot when i try to make calls It just stops,I'm from india please help me.
After reading several threads I flashed a custom firmware,even In AOsp roms I can't make calls. :crying:

which custom ROM you've installed?
Hi, I flashed a custom rom and noticed my imei was unknown, and it says no sim - emergency calls only. I was dumb and didnt make a backup. Is there any way to restore my imei? I tried flashing a different rom and it didnt work.

Try flashing stock filmware with Odin, this has fixed it for me in the past. Just bare in mind that you can't flash older filmware than what is already on the phone so you are probably best to flash the latest.
