Hi, I recently flashed stock firmware onto my Moto G4 Plus i.e. MPJ24.139-23.2. Since then, I'm not receiving any OTA updates including security patches and Nougat updates. Can someone provide me a list of all updates to my phone along with the link to each firmware so that I can update them manually.

You should have a look here http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/how-to
There are lots of threads with firmware images for every variant of our device.
Problem Solved
The updates were not appearing because I was in MPJ24.139-23.2 which is not for Moto G4 Plus XT1643. I flashed MPJ24.139-23.1 and all the updates started appearing automatically. Thank you for your responses.

Hello, I am running stock image, unrooted, locked.. at one point I tried flashing the Nougat update from the Indian release but it failed with an error. I had no problems, wasn't bricked or anything, just wasn't able to install.
I now see it says software status modified and am wondering:
1. will this affect my ability to get the OTA update? I'm seeing people are getting the update but I don't have it available yet. I know it's rolling out in waves but I'm worried I might not be eligible even when it does reach.
2. How can I restore it to say not modified? I thought maybe flashing the stock image but I can't find the stock Amazon images. On the Moto website under relock instructions the XT1625 shows up with a .64 firmware but since I have the amz variant I don't know if that will work?
Any advise appreciated
Well won't you believe, I am now downloading official Nougat. modified software status doesn't affect it. phew!
Thanks for posting. I decided to check for an update on my non Amazon version and there was an update waiting. ?
I was on 139-48

Hi!
This is my first post, I own a Moto G5 plus 64GB Storage and 4GB RAM, model XT1687 . I bought my phone at Amazon and I have recently upload to NPNS25.137-35-5 Firmware update, my question is : is this the most update the framework ?
Thanks for all , this is a great community
I believe there was a - 67 variant available in some areas which only includes minor bug fixes and security patches. But no major updates or nougat 7.1
The only information that I've found about this update is on the Motorola (Lenovo) forums at:
https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Moto-G...5-OTA-update-just-received-in-US/td-p/3730072
(last 2 messages are most informative)
I'm not sure that it's really worth the effort (yes, my G5 is rooted) to take this update. I just froze Motorola Update Services so that I wouldn't get nagged about the update every hour.

I think you haven't written build number correctly ?
Can you put screenshot of "about phone" ?
Have you ever flashed stock ROM in past year ?
UPDATE:
That's nougat soak version !! Right ?
Nougat soak update haven't got any update, you have to flash updated official firmware yourself.
See link for how to flash latest September's security update : https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/how-to/stock-rom-npjs25-93-14-4-march-1-t3608138

you have probably flashed the soak test of android 7.0 over 6.0
Motorola have clearly said the people who have flashed soak test manually will not get OTA updates
the only way to get updates is flash the stock rom via fastboot..

Yeah..to flash the stock rom via fastboot you dont have to unlock your bootloader. And please make sure you are flashing the latest rom that is mentioned in the above reply.
My Moto G4 Plus is currently running on build# NPJS25.93-14-13 and there is an update available with build# NPJS25.93-14-15(this contains the security patch update to Feb 1 and fix for KRACK vulnerability).
I've also installed TWRP (64-bit version, by tywinlanister).
Is it okay to update my Moto G4 Plus? Will it cause bootloop or hardbrick issues?

OTA updates gets successfully installed only if everything on device is stock and unmodified.
Since you have custom recovery, it will fail by recovery side.
Also on startup screen of TWRP for first time if you have allowed modification, this may have modified system, so it will fail at many points.
Best thing you can do is flash complete fastboot stock ROM then take available updates..
Hello everyone,
I read several post about updating to Android 8.1 on the Moto G5 plus, but I'm still on Android 7 with Security Patch from January 2017. I never had any OTA updates. When I manually do a check, there are no updates available.
Here is a screenshot:
I'm also unable to update to 8.1, but I think the problem is that I first needs the security patches, before updating to 8.1 will work.
It is no custom ROM. What can I do to get the security patches?
Screenshot unreadable, can you give software channel and build, both found in about phone section in settings.
Thanks
It is a thumbnail to the bigger one. Here is the link: https://tweakers.net/ext/f/pYZxVQJCcXqbkf5Q4zS5GXcq/full.png
I have no idea why your phone is not on the latest European software which is currently at NPNS137-93-14, take it your in Europe with a mainstream phone provider.
You could try fastbooting update or maybe using motorola update tool, sorry neither of which I have used, so cannot be of any help there.
OK, thanks for you reply anyway!
Is it possible to grap the OTA updates to NPNS137-93-14 manually?

I was able to grab the OTA with this:
https://motoota.lolinet.com
It has to run on a PC browser and you have to use the lines like the ones from a getprop command, for example
