Hi, I can't use 3g on my Motorola Charm so I checked the phone specs on the internet and I think am suppose to have 3g.
I recently flashed CM7 rom but to no avail, I don't know if its the modem or the baseband.
I've been to several forums and most of them talks about this folder /system/etc/motorola/bp_nvm_default
Please! I seriously need you guys help.
Thank you in advanced.

Just to let those who want to downgrade for root: I have a Sprint Galaxy S4 Sph-L720 Orignally L720VPUFNG2
Just to help others I can tell you that YES! the firmware can be downgraded to LVPUAMDC/MDL without issue.
using stock firmware. This Phone is only 6 months old.. After a lot of reading of No you can't Well in my case yes it can.
It's just that no one wanted to risk their device to find out. People did brick their devices doing so on the KitKat update for the S3. Thanks for the info.

You can flash the AT&T CP file (modem) from an AT&T rom. Some say it does, I haven't tried. If you do it factory wipes the device.

I don't know what to do now. if somebody can give me a hand it would be great.
First of all I wanted to root my phone and all went good then I don't remember what I did and It was bricked. I flashed a Stock Rom and everything was fine then i noticed the LTE wasn't working. I started to google about this and flashed some cp file from odin and now no signal, can't receive calls and no mobile data
