Motorola Charm 3g not working

Hi, I can't use 3g on my Motorola Charm so I checked the phone specs on the internet and I think am suppose to have 3g.
I recently flashed CM7 rom but to no avail, I don't know if its the modem or the baseband.
I've been to several forums and most of them talks about this folder /system/etc/motorola/bp_nvm_default
Please! I seriously need you guys help.

It working on note 3 but when i tap on + to creat new memo, it show unfortunateky and meno stopped.
How can i get it works.
Pls help me. Many thanks all of you.

Anyone know where I can find Samsung pedometer s4 app that came with the original stock ROM? I would like to put this on 10.2.1 CM
