I'm thinking about upgrading, but will i lose my current settings. Do i need to back up my 3rd party apps before the upgrade and restore them later to keep it's data and settings?
It's been a while, but from what I remember you didn't have to wipe from 6.1 -> 7. Always backup to be safe, and you could use titanium backup to backup the applications and data then wipe and install cm7 then restore TB.
I have like 112 user apps already installed with the Stock TW ROM, can I backup all of them with TitaniumBackup and restore them after installing Task650 ROM ?, thanks
You can backup and restore user apps. But don't back up and system apps because they will screw things up if you restore them .

I had CM10 in rom slot 1 and I just flashed AOKP Milestone2 in rom slot 2 and I was trying to restore my Titanium Backup of just user apps & data. However, in AOKP it is saying there are no backups. How do I restore that backup so I don't have to set up each app again?? Please help! Thanks!
I backed up my phone using Online Nandroid and now when I try to restore the apps don't detect the backup. How can I either manually restore it, or get the apps to detect my backup?
I want for the first time to install CM (5.0.1 Tamaseks rom) and can't restore apps saved from TW rom. I'm doing it with Titanium - when I restore apps+data, titanium is just restoring app indefinitely.
Am I doing something wrong or is it titanium?
Hi,
I backed up my phone before flashing the new resurrection remix rom using Titanium backup.
However, whenever I try to restore my S-Health data, the S-health app won't load.
Unfortunately, I do not have a Samsung account that backed up the S-health data, just my titanium backup data (which I thought was sufficient).
Is there any way to restore this data? perhaps copy the files manually somewhere?
