I've got an odd little problem with this phone. I can get it to boot up with no sweat but for some reason it doesn't recognize any internal memory (when I go to the SD section, it says 0.00B of internal memory) which means I can't download apps, among other things. I'd really like to be able to do this.
I've tried a whole host of different things but I've never been able to solve this particular problem.
I'd be interested in hearing any possible solutions.
Thanks.
i actually encountered this problem a few months ago and all i did was reflash ec07 and it seems to have fixed it
u need to just reflash the .pit file and whatever rom you were using and you should begood i had a thread about this awhile back when it happened to me.
heres my original thread about it.

That won't work with Miunia, since it doesn't have bootloaders, params, or cache (all 3 of which will be wiped if he repartitions). Bierce's suggestion is the correct one, but you are going to have to do the full stock ec07 package with the ec07 pit, repartition checked. Somehow (not sure how, without knowing what you were doing), your int-sd partition got corrupted. Either that, or you have a hardware failure on the internal flash drive. Since you can still read the drive, just not write to it, I'd imagine it is a corrupted partition.
So I tried this, according to your helpful instructions in the Dev sticky under Heimdall tutorial... I think this qualifies as following the instructions you said to do in your post.
My problem persists. If it helps, after my device is reset by Heimdall, it goes directly into the bootloader to wipe all data, but it gives a red error message: data wipe failed.
Then it reboots again, goes into stock recovery (3e) and starts with the following two errors:
E: Can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 (Invalid argument)
E: Can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p2 (Invalid argument)
And I thought what you suggested would have done it for sure.

Internet Relay Chat, our hangout. Download XChat, select Freenode.net, and our channel is #Samsung-Continuum. And have you tried to repartition using the i500 pit and ec07 odex package?
or you can use this link for the irc http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=Samsung-Continuum&uio=d4

Is there anyway of fixing this, Unfortunately i dont have an EFS backup, the phone does work on stock rom, but as soon as i try putting Cynogen Mod on it i get through the install but then im stuck on the boot image.

How do i do that, Samsung warranty is out
Hello guys. I'm in trouble. Couple days ago, my cousin bricked Zenfone 5. I don't have an idea what he did, but phone is on bootloop. I tried the standard method: went into TWRP recovery and flashed custom ROM, but no luck. Then I tried wiping everything and flashing ROM again, but while wiping, I got some errors:
Code:
E:Unable to mount '/cache'
E:Unable to mount '/data'
E:Unable to mount storage
So, I can't wipe my device to install new ROM. Can anybody help me? Thanks in advance.
I get E:failed to mount /efs (Invalid argument) error after installing stock rom and the phone is not saving WIFI passwords and when I'm*#06# the SN is none but I still get the IMEI... and I have EFS backup but i dont know how to restore the efs or fix that error that I got when I installed the Stock ROM... Is there any way to fix that ?
same probleme with me help plzzzz
The same problem anyone can help us with, with a guide; thank you.
Hi,
Oneplus 2, Stock Rom, rooted, SU TWRP,
Just rooted it and flashed TWRP recently
When I boot into TWRP and try wiping/backing up I get this:
'E: unable to load '/twre/language/en-US.xml'
Failed to mount '/cache' (Invalid Argument)
The above line is repeated 5 times
Backups and restores work ok even though they give me this error.
Could it be a corrupted Dalvic Cache File system?
I've searched on here, but nothing definitive. Also Google yields conflicting results (repair System - wipe Davlic cache etc etc)
Does anyone know why its happening, and what is the best way to proceed?
I got the 'E: unable to load '/twre/language/en-US.xml' as well,
but saw no ill effects. It may just be an error in TWRP.
But the "Failed to mount '/cache' (Invalid Argument)" I haven't seen.
Thanks for that - I fixed the "Unable to mount cache" bit by wiping the cache
(I previously tried wiping the Dalvic cache but I just got an error saying it couldn't mount it.
