Hi everyone,
I'm sharing the download link for unofficial LineageOS which I found while browsing AFH.
This is developed by @facoco. Big thanks to him.
I'm only sharing the download link and by no means do I take credit for anything and also if the developer of the ROM wants to delete this thread, he is free to. I don't want to offend any developer. It's because of their hard work that we can install all these great ROMs.

I haven't tested it so can't say anything about bugs.
This post is just to share the ROM and if any developer wants to delete this thread, they can do so.
And once again, big thanks to @facoco for this build.
This really belongs in the Developer section, and you should only post it with permission, there might be a reason that dev didn't post it here... The General section is not for ROMs.
I think that @Alberto97 is the official maintainer and will probably rename or start a new thread as needed, although I have been out of the custom ROM game on the G3 for a while now. There is also an unofficial LOS thread in Original Developers as well.

The official MIUI team have opened the PatchROM project source in purpose of making MIUI ROM ported to more models.
We can download all the Patchrom code and matching tutorials at here:https://github.com/MiCode/PatchRom
They also provide the Patchrom Project Pack to download at here: http://bigota.d.miui.com/micode/patchrom.zip(Be careful: The pack maybe on the sever located in China. The pack size is nearly 380MB. The very slow downloading speed will make you angry. And I don't know which the language is used in it. )
There is a official MIUI ROM porting tutorials pdf. But it is in Chinese.
7 steps in it.
1. Build the development environment
2. The necessary knowledge of the Andriod phone
3. Choose a perfect official ROM
4. Decompile
5. Porting MIUI Framework
6. Porting MIUI APP
7. Make a ROM pack in zip file which could install in the recovery
Maybe the pdf is very useful to port MIUI to our phone. But I am not a English leaner. So I have no ability to traslate it into English. Excuse me please. If somebody are good at the translation between Chinese and English, please help us. Thank you.
What is the difference between the patchrom.zip from bicota, and the one that can be download from github link?
I'm saying this because the download speed from github is a lot faster.

Maybe it is same thing that I have just seen in the offical forum.
What is the point in this? We already have multiple Miui versions. Also, this isn't really a development thread so you should post this in general.

Can be the start point for having an official MIUI ROM for U8800, instead of having a port from desire.
But yea, should be in general section

It might well be useful, its just not in the correct section.

Lol its not a fix... No reboots cos phone doesnt enter deep sleep... Like a wake lock app

Refer to this post here by XDA Moderator @zelendel Since there is no Kernel Source which are required by XDA Rules and GPL Law No Rom Should be Shared here and Since The Link of your Rom Directs to Others Work without their permission and absence of kernel sources you cannot link it here That is the reason Development Forum is Closed

You just posted your own links to other peoples stuff so they in no way get any credit for the work. This is why we have threads for our roms. The links don't even say who the dev is and you should have at least asked first. I don't know about anyone else, but you didn't ask me. Some things that are uploaded aren't always ready or meant to be public.

The whole idea for the thread is fine, but you should have posted links to the rom threads, not your own links to the roms. If theres no thread, don't post it.
