Can someone port ZCX RECOVERY from NOTE 2 to our device. This recovery allow root and not break ota for official MIUI.

So I've sent a message to the chineese dev and he answered that there no plan for new device. So we can just hope that someone else port it or add ota functiunalities in another twrp.

Well I'am trying to port Miui but yeah need 4.4.2 stuff... And the miui from note 3 have some touchwizz things in don't know if it's a TW or CM/AOSP kernel --'

Hi, i know that mr aapav01 already ported it, but this version 2.17 and he didn't upload it for no reason or i dont know why , so i took 2.23 version from S3 Neo and try to port this
I catched strange artifacts on black screen and then reboot and all will be repeat an infinite number of times
Who can help me with it? :fingers-crossed:

I'm looking for the same thing, I've been googling for quite a while and nothing really works.
Kingroot is not working and like 2 other "easy ways" I've tried aren't either....
I'm not planning on changing too much so I'd like to keep it as clean as possible (means I don't really want TWRP). Is there no way of rooting without flashing TWRP? :-/

Can I use the miflash or only trwp????
My phone is unlocked and I want to put an official rom.

enter fastboot mode (hold volume down and power on /or volume up and power depends on the boot.img) and flash twrp (https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-pro/development/twrp-3-1-1-redmi-pro-t3610075) with command :
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recoveryname.img
then enter twrp and erase data partition, install miui of your liking. i highly recommend miui.eu weekly builds found here: https://xiaomi.eu/community/forums/miui-weekly-rom-releases.103/
