Reject call with SMS in nexus one

Hi,
Anybody knows how to reject an incoming call with an SMS?
I used to do it all the time with my Nokia, but cant understand how to do it in nexus 1...

ICS has this feature out-of-the-box. If you are willing to install an alpha ROM then go get it from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1366897

Yeah.. this ICS rom is awesome (except no camera). I'm using the SMS reject feature.

Call and SMS Blocker

What are you people using for a call blacklister or blocker?
I'd like calls and SMS blocked, the phone not ringing when a call is blocked, callers not sent to voicemail, and the ability to use wildcards, such as starting with +234 for instance.
Oh and should be OK with Moto Voice.
I've tried some and most have poor interfaces and spend more time showing me ads than letting me use the app!

Are you rooted? If so, there is a xposed module that does what you want...

How to block Caller ID on outgoing calls (V20 US996)

I just bought a new V20 (model US996). Could someone tell me how to block Caller ID on outgoing calls? Found instructions at the link below but my phone doesn't have the "Additional Settings" shown. Thanks in advance!

I should add that I haven't bought a sim card yet for this phone as I haven't settled on a carrier. Would that make the difference? (I'm completely new to smartphones. This is my first one.)

Additional Settings shows up on my T-Mobile version.
Each carrier seems to have their own set of options or lack there of.

Does this mean that if I buy a T-Mobile Sim Card, it will (somehow?) programme the phone to turn this option on? Or is it that LG programmed it at the factory for the H918 (T-Mobile) model? Or are both of these true? Sorry to pepper with questions. I'm really ignorant of all this right now.
If a T-Mobile Sim won't give me this option, how do I get it? Root the phone? Thanks for your help!

Thanks. But that's a pain to do on every call. I'd rather dial a prefix to turn ON Caller ID when I want it. Any clues on how to get the missing "Additional Settings" to show up on the model 996?

How to block every number excepts in contacts?

Hi I've been getting a lot of annoying calls from places I don't even live close to and would like to block all incoming for text and calls if possible? Thank u!!

You and I both. Several times a day I get spam calls, reject them and it would go to voicemail. It got so bad I actually changed my number last week. Still get calls but not as often each day.

Calls Blacklist from the PLay Store is what you need

I came across a app called afirewall blocker and seems to be the best.
It only allows calls and text from contacts and blocks everyone else.

Anyone know of a Call Blocker that allows whitelist calls while blocking all others that won't leave the ringer muted? Those I've tried that blocked non whitelisted calls (Should I Answer, Safest Call Blocker and a few others) at some point left the the ringer muted so I missed a few calls.

Privacy issues. For years they were selling contact info, along with your contacts' contact info. Not cool.

I tried that one. It worked fine until I got a call that wasn't in my white list. It blocked the call but left the ringer muted.
