I've read through this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2385843&highlight=battery+drain) but did not find a solution. A little about my device: it is not rooted and is completely stock. I did not have battery drain issues when I was on 4.2.2, but ever since I updated to 4.3, I've experience this issue. I would lose about 20 - 25% battery life through the night. When I wake up, it would be around 75-80% full.
I've looked at my battery stats and it seems as though Android OS is 19% and Google Services is at 17%. Prior to updating to 4.3, I would be able to toggle the GPS on and off simply by using the Power Widget, but after 4.3, I noticed when I toggle the GPS icon, it would take me to LOCATION ACCESS. As of right now, "Access to my location" is ON .. GPS satellites is UNchecked .. and Wi-Fi & Mobile network location is CHECKED. I tried to turn location access OFF last night and have everything unchecked, but it didn't seem to make any difference.
What's going on???
Feel for you bro. I have the same issue as well. It's like 4% drain per hour, only by Android os.

To decrease google services battery consuption you can delay the frequency of sync in the settings! But i give you an advice, flash a costum kernel like franco or matr1x and you will enjoy a lot of extra battery life

Why do you keep your data ON if you sleep?
Wouldn't be better to turn it ON when you wake up?
Google Settings - Location - unmark access location......you dont need it when you sleep.....maybe if you practice out of body experience
Sync - also OFF, if you need it ON for sync Email or Gmail, better use Maildroid or Aqua
On stock c3, unrooted (I did root to remove bloatware and ads) I lose about 2-3% during the night (sync, 3g OFF)
After battery calibration let it settle down it take 3 to 4 charging cycles

SOLVED
Solved the battery drain issue.
It was due to xposed frameworl.
I was using 3-4 modules like wanam xposed , app per dpi, bootmanager
When i uninstalled it;, now my battery is much much much better than earlier
But is there any alternative to app per dpi
Coz i dont like the SecPhone 's HUGE icons while CALL.
I HATE IT
Can any1 modify the Secphone.apk for 240dpi or any other please
My battery life is going from bad to worse. Doze doesn't ever seem to work. My phone is now down to 12 % and I have had a SOT of 21 minutes since the last Charge. I am rooted and have Greenify installed. GSam Battery is telling me that App usage is accounting for 86% of the battery usage with Kernel and Android System being the biggest battery eaters. How can I get doze to work again? Also I sometimes see that my Screen is not turning off on its own. Even hitting the power button won't turn off the Screen.
Doze stopped working for me from the time I updated to 6.0.1. But the phone does a last a day with normal usage.

Totally reset my phone and configured as new device.
Installed apps one by one and again 20% discharge overnight.
The phone seems to really go into sleep but I still get this constant discharge slope.

Have you changed wifi to 2.4GHz only?,
I don't know if WiFi has been fixed
I had android backup bug from resets and clean flash
I had to clean cache and delete google data related stuff couple of times,
I ended up pausing a lot of the services to reduce googles permission
My router has 2.4 only anyway but I'll try...
What is this issue about?
In any case I tried submitting bug report to online battery historian tool and it shows googlequicksearchbox as top app.
Hi
From the first day of owning my Le Pro3 Elite I am facing severe battery drain when network type is set to anything else than "Only GSM". On 2G standby drain never exceeds 0.4%, when set to "Global" or "LTE/WVDMA/GSM" it is about 2% per hour, which is ridiculously high.
The drain is the same under 20S baseband, flashing the 26S genesys to update baseband made no effect. Complete system reinstall, including baseband did not solve the issue. I am running the latest AICP 13.1.
Is anybody having the same problems?
I have the le pro 3 x727 n i had the same problem what i did was use suspend actions in the aicp settings what it did was turned the data to 2g when the screen was off and it fixed my problem

You should also use programs such as Doze modules in Magisk, Programs that you can download on Playstore such as Servicely and Naptime, which controls unused processes from running in the background. If you are using Pie. You can go into every app and control what runs i the background and what doesn't. You can further control what processes allowed allowed to ru while connecting to WIFI versus Data.
I think none of Magisk modules can help to make 4g standby drain less. For my X722 Im used that standby drain is about 2-2.5 % per hour. I have tried like 10 different roms and it stays the same, including the stock rom. I didnt have such a big drain with Le Max 2 so it's weird. Also I have heard other X722 owners had much less drain (some people even claim that drain is 2-3 % per night on 4g but I dont want to believe it). Maybe that has something to do with specific radio receiver or something which maybe can be different types even on the same phone models. If I want my phone to drain 1-3 % per night, I have to switch to 3g/gsm mode.
I've been using for 1 year Intelli3G module for xposed on my x720 .
You can set these combination : https://lh3.ggpht.com/xSrBFjXUhZ75h7MB5h8ZN3Xq6D1Uc3sutciiBNkU04rPG_BWfnKnZin9YtNYK3Q6wact=w720-h310
phone switches automatically to GSM mode with screen OFF
and to LTE, GSM/WDCMA mode with screen ON.
so you can limit the drain of battery at least a little bit :cyclops:

Running LineageOS 15.1 on x727 phone. The battery drains 50% over 8 hours when the phone has been shutdown. Has anyone experienced this problem. Is this an OS thing or a firmware thing, or something else?
Bro. That's my phone's cancer.
Look. I've tested <almost> any rom out there, Nougat Roms, Oreos Roms, Pie Rom... And I had Battery Drain in deep sleep mode... I lost 15%-30% on overnight.
I though was a Battery issue and its gonna die so, I did a some test.
First, charge your phone (up to 90% its ok) and Turn it off complete. Let it turned off at least 8hrs (overnight for example). Then turn it ON your phone. You should loss ~3% of Battery. That its a good battery signal. If you lose 10%+ your battery is in bad condition. Another signal of Bad Battery is your battery get warm a lot even screen turned off.
What I did? In my case my battery its still good and look like its a system battery drain (yes, in any Rom what I tested, even with grenify, snaptime and other mod like kernel and thermal zip)
Also, my phone do not spend battery while its on screen, the issue its not get into in deep sleep, and that is the problem...
I am using a DotOS 2.4 (Oreo Rom) and I did not flash any Kernel mod. Just magisk+Dolby.
Also installed *DS Battery Saver* and setting in "Agresive Mode" that force to sytem to get into Deep Sleep mode and I choce what app keep alive on "white list"
Before I got -3.5hrs SOT Now I get around 5.5hrs SOT of battery (I use YouTube and Instagram/WhatsApp a lot //Not Facebook and play game, never)
Also I put the phone in Airplane Mode on overnight to avoid innecesary Battery drain.
*Sorry for my English*
Try to install last AICP Pie, switch to 3G instead of 4G ( do it in SETTINGS --> Network & Internet --> Mobile Network ... etc. choose WCDMA preferred, then dial *#*#4636#*#*, tap Phone Information, tap Preferred network type, choose WCDMA preferred ). Works great for me
