GT-9500 or SGH-I337 - Galaxy S 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello guys, currently i have one Galaxy S2, but i want to change to a S3 or S4 (economically limited) but i wanna know which version of S4 is better for me in my country "Venezuela" 9500 or I337.
Regards.

If you want to use custom ROMs, get the I337.

Not if the bootloader is locked. He'd want the I337 simply because of LTE support. Otherwise the I9500 would be the better bet. Ideally, he'd want the I337M, which doesn't have a locked bootloader and should work anywhere in North and South America.

I would go for the sgh-i337m, not 337.

[Q] i9505 roms for Docomo variant?

Hi all,
I've been offered a Galaxy s4 albeit an Sc-04e (DoCoMo variant) at an attractive price. But I'm in two minds on whether to go through with the deal as I've been unable to find many custom roms for this model. Elsewhere I read that the hardware is more or less same as the I9505 version.
Do you think that we can flash any i9505 custom rom to the SC-04e hardware?
