I recently have been given a 2nd hand Atom Pure, but when i insert any valid simcard, the atom won't get a signal.
I don't know if locked or unlocked, but I didn't get any warning like " Invalid Simcard " or something else, the atom just can't get any signal ( tried 3 different simcard from 3 different operator )
Anyone have any idea to repair it ? maybe reflash the Radio part ?
I have simmiliar problem with old Qtek smartphone which can't get off the "Flight Mode", tried reflash it didnot work, sent it to warranty and come back healthy ( the seal did not even teared, so maybe it can be done via software ?? )
I can't send it to warranty, cause my friend give it to me from out of country, and I even didn't know that my atom still in warranty period or not.
Please help, It would be a waste if I can't get the GSM part work again

Flashed the ROM, another problem appear !!
Upgrading Image Rom .......... Succeed
Upgrading BootLoader........... Succeed
Upgrading Ext Rom............... Succeed
Upgrading Radio Stack........... Succeed
Burn Radio Stack.................. Connection Error
Now I stuck at Utility Update screen ???!!
Tried to flash it second time, still got the error
Any idea to fix this ????

tried to reflash it again, with another PC new active sync 4.2, still the same problem.
Tried to download official rom update fromm seeo2.com, it says there's no update rom for my atom (based on IMEI number, already preloded with the latest ROM), so I can't find the link to download.

I thing the problem - the radio stack is locked by operator.... Try to serch for "unlock radio stack"

I've read above link you gave me, but it seem all the tools must be used in healthy state or at least can enter in to bootloader mode. while mine can't do anything, stuck in update utility screen (tried all button combination known to man)
I found a way to enter in bootloader mode, but when enter bootloader with mini sd inserted (dummy) it says "Start downloading". what I'm asking which way downloading proccess ?? atom to SD or SD to Atom ?
I found WM5 tool for dumping rom, it not specified for certain device. If I enable to dump healthy image rom to SD (from another and the same version rom of Atom), Is there any way that I can flash it to broken atom without in boot loader mode ??

Found a way, use rec + camera + reset button.
In DM mode choose Exit DM, and my Ayom live again !!!!!!
BUT, Can't find any GSM in Wireless Setting, WTF !!!!!!

reflash it in normal mode, result GSM gone. reflash it second time in bootloader mode, result good, GSM setting come back, but still can't find any signal ?!
Do I get GSM hardware error ?? or something ??

there's a Selftest app. in the programs group, should use it to see what result will return after a GSM module test.
Already did, Self test in program menu and in Diagnostic menu. All result OK.
Just can get signal, I can't make Emergency call either.
Opened the Atom, Antena ok, all seems normal.
My phone cant detect both sim (sim 1 and 2 ofc) the problem start when I change my lte band mode in mediatek engineering and after restarting the device it wont detect any sim card so I try to fix this with :
1. I upgrad the rom version (im using xiaomi.eu) and still not detecting
2. I tried other custom rom which is multirom (latest version) but still no luck
3. I flash the phobe to china dev rom with sp flash tool and you guess, it still wont detect it!!
To fix the imei i tried using Maui Meta but the sim card not detecting too and i cant check the imei with *#06#

i need to somehow get my produck id i tried useing huawei product id program and i tried putting it on the chinese site with imei and seriel number but it don't work, i had to choose the option y300-0000 i saw that it worked for another guy with a p9 lite but it will not work for me, my phone is a L31 europe (uk) model and i need an unlock code because i flashed oeminfo and custom.bin like a guide on the fourm said to do and it bricked my phone and locked the bootloader so i cannot flash anything all i need to do is get the product id so i can unlock it and get my phone back please help me, dload wont work as i have twrp but i cannot access it and erecovery wont work because the os is nrd90m testkeys. i could give you the oem info and cust.bin tommrow but anything for now that could help would be nice.

use Sp maui meta tool
So my problem is that after a failed rom installation TWRP couldn´t mount data and i had to format the full data partition. after that i installed a wrong stock rom and now i cant unlock the bootloader because i cant get the unlock code from huawei and i cant flash twrp on my phone.
Huawei P9 lite - VNS-L21 (slovakia)
Can you tell us what was your original build and what stock ROM you flashed so others don't face the same problem?
BTW, if you have original box, you can find Serial number and IMEI there, and you can generate Product ID with your IMEI here: imei24.com
Then get the unlock code from Huawei. And write the unlock code down for future reference.

01 - turn off your phone
02 - plug the usb cable on your phone side only DONT plug it on your computer (yet)
03 - press volume - (maintain it )
04 - plug the usb on your PC !!!

I got it fixed by using product id generator just had to use a different model name. But thx for the replies
