XperiaTweak v 2.0 - New download to make it fully compatible with the new FW.

Hi, with some spare time over today I used my almost non-existing programming skills to make a small, basic registry tweaking application for the Sony Ericsson X1.

How about an option to load a specific panel on startup? number 1-9
I only use spb mobile shell panel now and it would be cool if it actually started automatically on reboot.

Nopes!
Hopefully it's just a matter of throwing a specific cmd-line parameter to the PanelManager.exe (a link to this app is in the phones autostart-folder)..Right now the link has the parameter /Boot. I'm trying to figure something out, maybe it's possible, maybe it's not!

Is an uninstall of a previous version required?

Not required, but it's recommended if you don't want duplicate posts in the uninstall programs menu

Have a look at the Diamond Tweak prog. I installed this to have a play with, and there's a setting to change the volume level. It works!

Well,probably it is possible to add a battery icon,but I have to contact developer of this program. I think that the upgraded version of this program is currently in stage of development,so we will see.
We just need some more patience. And there will always be some tweak that we will need.

ok here is 2 I just took off my pc and my lockscreen I had to take with my phone. couldn't figure out how to snap it while it was locked. haven't really fooled with it much after I installed it

I don't want people thinks this is a way to not pay an app
FKU, as like fauxclock, are awesome apps and i think are another way to say thanks for their work on kernels
Without our kernel developers these tuning apps have no reason to exist
i have made this app just for fun, after over an year learning Android programming. I don't ask for donations, but if you want to do it, use the button under my avatar

Nice app I really like it, just one thing and this is me nitpicking, when I go change something like my max CPU frequency, can have a filled circle on the option we are already on and instead of showing the number as 300000, can u show it as 300 MHz, I think that will make the ui look a little bit cleaner overall

yep, i'm working on frequencies conversion and fixing some View's "bugs" as i'm using custom classes

V 1.0.10 published on Beta channel
- Fixed List selection
- Frequencies list in Mhz
- Fixed values apply if the values are set on boot
- Fixed "empty view" color
TODO:
- sysctl tuning
- save/export/import profiles (in case you need to completely erase you device, i will also add sharing to cloud )
i think i will move this version to Public release until tomorrow

I think I can extend support to nexus 4 but the only way I have to track issues is with Google analytics because I don't have that device
You can try the version attached to the OP on N4 and tell me if it works or something is broke

So every time I try changing my max cpu frequency to something higher than 2.26 the app force closes and I'm using elemental x kernel so my kernel is able to over clock, but it allows my to under clock. Oh and BTW, great app, I really like it

Lock screen - Dual clock removal

Anybody know how to remove the dual clock from the Lock Screen, all the past guides don't seem to work.

recently updated my F800L to android Pie OTA and now the quick shortcut maker app won't work , running Roaming Clock Settings goves this message " You can not launch this activity from app because it requires additional permissions to launch" it used to run fine on previous versions of android. How do I achieve required permissions to run this activity? any idea?

Yes. You can download a program called QuickShortcutMaker from the play store. Open the program and change it to normal search. Select the "activities" area. Search for "roaming" and expand the category. You will want to click on the one that says "Roaming clock settings" and click create. Once done open the shortcut and uncheck "Use roaming dual-clock"

Hi,
I have the Korean version F800S and for me QuickShortcutMaker doesn't work. The dual screen is still there even if the roaming clock tick is unchecked. Any alternatives?

Ah sorry for the late reply, I downloaded LG dual clock remover from the store, it comes up device unsupported but ignore this choose 'uncheck both' and you'll be presented with the menu anyway. Works a treat.

Tried this in vain. No luck. I think is related to my Korean version.

I have the F800S and is not working. Not sure if it's related but my phone keeps saying that I'm roaming even if I have a UK sim card. I'm based in UK. Will try to do a factory reset.

I too have the same model (F800S) and I am also in the same boat. Despite multiple attempts, restarts, it still doesn't work. Looks like SK telecom have a hard coded setting deep inside there. I installed Secret Master Lite and there are indeed some menu options that are tinkered by the carrier, which can only be changed with the root (su) access. I have not yet rooted by phone and I am now contemplating it. I am kind of a newbie and don't want to end up with an expensive paper weight. Hence, not even attempting to root for now.

Yes, the SK telecom F800S model is highly customized for Korean market. I think we're kind of stuck until a reasonably safe root method comes up.

I have the Korean Telecom (F800K) version and 'dual clock remover' worked fine for me.

On my F800S it was enabled by default. I guess it knows that you're not in Korea and it defaults to some roaming setting. Quite annoying.

Remove dual lockscreen on lg v20 f800s
Download QuickShortcutMaker
Search under ACTIVITIES the keyword "KT"
Click open 'Roaming' and then click on 'Roaming KT Roaming Test'
Create shortcut and open the shortcut
Check 'RAD TEST'
Turn off WiFi while keeping Data on, check the mobile signal strength icon now appears with a letter 'R'
Go Settings - Date & Time
The originally grey-out 'Roaming dual clock' item now becomes black and clickable.
Click to Disable the roaming dual clock.
Uncheck 'RAD TEST'
Turn on the Airplane mode, then off again to remove the 'R' status.
Now the phone works like before with the lockscreen showing only one clock.
