Delete all Motorola Drivers and then reinstall them. May want to do a restart on your PC after all that before attempting to install any ROM.

You might also need to put your phone in development mode:
settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB debugging (should be checked)

yes but if something happens to my mobile and i can't unroot it..? :/
well unless you have total hardware failure then you will be able to flash stock rom via odin and if you do have hardware failure no one would be able to tell it was rooted anyway cause the phone dont work and needs replacing

Have you tried turning it off, and leaving it off? I haven't used the delta system yet, but on my ROM/TWRP/phone, if I turn it off in recovery, then back into ROM and flash something that's not signed, the verification is still off and the flash succeeds.
... OR turn secure mode OFF.

zormij, do you know how to turn secure mode off? (I'm thinking you don't).
In System Updates hit the menu button.

Go to dialer > dial 3845#*801# > HW Device Test > Touch Test > Touch Firmware Upgrade > OK
Might have to reboot but that should do the trick. Let me know.

go to Setting -> App on three dot upper right click show system app
find "Google service frameworks" and clear data and force stop
