After the latest update, a weather overlay occasionally shows up on the right side of my screen. I checked apps that have permission to overlay, but Weather was disabled. I can't make it disappear, but it goes away on its own after awhile. I took a screenshot of it.

Somehow, I have this problem with the notification bar:

Its jumbled up. I don't know why. And when I restart, its all right, until I tap on the notifications tray, it becomes jumbled up again.
Should it be like this or what?

It should take about 3/4ths of the screen, doesn't look like that from your SS, try disabling apps that have hooked to your notifications, (like the power controls) to find the culprit.
Can anyone help?
It's on the homescreen page on the lockscreen and i can't move or delete it.
When I'm pushing the other widgets in front of it and turn the screen off all other widgets are gone and only the this one is left...

A reboot fixed it...
The weather widget is showing the wrong time. Correct location but wrong time. The phone time and is correct. The phone is setup for automatic time/date. It is showing the correct timezone and time.

I can only see the latest notification on the lockscreen. I want to be able to see the SMS as well but it just says "+1". If there are other notifications it says "+2" and so on.
I cannot figure this out. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Edit: Found out what caused it. It was the Substratum theme Vector.
