Notification pulldown not all the way across the screen?

Should it be like this or what?

It should take about 3/4ths of the screen, doesn't look like that from your SS, try disabling apps that have hooked to your notifications, (like the power controls) to find the culprit.

Hide next alarm on lockscreen

It's really annoying !
Is there anyway to keep the arlam turned on AND hide this text

Solved on 4.3
Go to settings then in lock screen. uncheck "Popup Note on lock screen"

Can only see the latest notification on the lockscreen

I can only see the latest notification on the lockscreen. I want to be able to see the SMS as well but it just says "+1". If there are other notifications it says "+2" and so on.
I cannot figure this out. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Edit: Found out what caused it. It was the Substratum theme Vector.

The notification toggle doesn't have any shortcuts or even notifications. You can see it in the photo. Are there any solutions?

Why this Red marked thing apeearing sometimes? Is it a malware? Or something? It goes into system tracing everytime i click in the setting button
