I have an XT1643 and I recently upgraded to official Android N. Now the apps from play store are not downloading when using LTE. Browsing play store and accessing other sites is working fine with LTE and over wifi I can even download the apps but just that over mobile data it doesn't download any app. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem and have a solution?
Remove and add back your Google account.

Removing and adding Google account didn't help.
Yes, I'm roaming. Is there a way to disable this controlling behavior introduced in Nougat?

When I want to download or update apps I set the WCDMA Only (3G). But now the the progress bar is always stuck at DOWNLOADING and the download never really starts.
On the first day of purchase, it was okay and I downloaded some apps. Starting from second day download doesn't work.
NOTE:
The Play Store can download apps with WIFI. Also, the 3G/WCDMA internet works with browsing and all other internet stuff except downloading apps with Play Store.
Not rooted or customized in any way and only installed apps through Play Store.
Please help.
Thanks.
I have my S5 setup properly in the UK but when I access the play store it shows a lot of the Samsung apps such as WatchOn, Group Play and NNL Fingerprint Passport as being incompatible with my device so I cannot update them.
What is causing this issue?
Thanks.

Is your firmware a UK one?, all apps you mentioned come pre-installed and can be updated from Samsung Apps not Play Store

Android Nougat will not permit downloads from the Play Store whilst you're on a roaming network. Common issue experienced across multiple devices and manufacturers (as you might have seen from your Google search) with 7.0 - 7.1.1, and currently, as you've found, only work arounds are to move to a non-roaming cellular network or to Wi-Fi to download.
I dont know whats going on. I cant use my play store . I have flashed a custom ROM.
probably way to late but remove Google account delete data on Google play store and services restart add back should go
