Thanks for your answer, but my other phone have the same free apps and does not do the same. Most of the time I have these annoying ads.
Just install "AdAway.apk" and problem solved!

Hi Guys,
I keep getting the following message on the screen:-
"Ooooops ! I crashed, but a report has been generated to help my developers fix the issue!"
But it does this in the stock launcher at idle (i.e. I am not launching any program)
Any idea what it is?

Cheers, thanks for isolating the cause!
Does re-installing it fix the issue or it it just incompatible with 4.3?

To Answer my own question, re-installing it did not help. Errors came back instantly.
Update available
Sorry for any inconvenience. We had an issue with Android 4.3. It is fixed in Sophos Mobile Security 3.0, now available on Google Play. Mobile Security 3.0 includes web protection and app locker as new features and has an improved scan speed.
The new features are available for free as the current app.
Sorry again, Thomas (product manager

Use AdBlock.
Then you shouldn't use those alternative appstores and use pirated apps.
Perform a factory reset.
Do a clean install. Factory reset and dirty flash aren't enough to get rid of malware.

this is adware if it's not trying to hide itself from you, but still run an AV so you know the name of the threat and what it will have been doing all this time...
you'll be lucky if it is just adware !

Maybe; I was thinking the same when I was asked by my friend to get rid of annoying ads on her Galaxy Grand.

I opened package disabler pro earlier and noticed it had stopped working. I searched the internet for a few hours and found this app.
MOD EDIT: LINK REMOVED
It has the update packages you can disable and works great for me. Hope this helps everybody!
XDA is being Scammed now?
Interesting !
What?
Disregard.
Worked Perfectly!

You're my hero! This worked flawlessly! Thanks!! I had trouble getting past the licence verification on all the other disablers. This one had all the files I needed. Do you happen to know if it still sticks after a reboot, or do I have re-disable them after doing so?

I wouldn't share malware with fellow Note 7 users. What makes you think its malware? Lookout? Because it says any app you try to install thats not from the playstore is malware lol

Well maybe it's not. I thought I read somewhere that it was harmful software, it's not in the Play Store at all, and the only people saying it works have less than 50 posts which is really fishy... But it's my only option so I tried it. The app does work, just hope it isn't some bad software...
The reason for my low post count.

To be fair, I've been mainly a lurker here at XDA, hence my low post count. I've been a member since 2009 if that puts your mind at ease. but I can understand how my post looked fishy. I've been banging my head against the wall for a couple weeks trying to figure out how to disable that darn update, so I was ecstatic when I saw the link to an apk that actually worked for me, so I felt compelled to log in and drop a line of gratitude
soon as I click software update to disable, the app freezes, says s package disabler has stopped working, then force closes.
does this with anything I click on to try to disable

You might want to try a factory reset if you're already fresh. You granted it device admin, correct?

I have granted admin access.I can see all the apps that are available to disable. actually if I click on disable bloatware it will disable it fine. it only force closes when I click on an individual app to enable/disable. already tried factory reset no dice
???
Can I get someone with some knowledge of the note 7 being stuck at the logo screen to read my thread I posted in the questions and answers forum?

try flashing your firmware in odin that might fix it.
short of that a factory reset which will wipe your device..which you said you didnt want to do.

Many Widgets installed from Google Play doesn't update automatically.
Anyone knows if is there any configuration to solve this problem?
Thank you

I already found the solution. For some reason I activated the "clear background app".
In my case, just disable this option and the widgets started to update
Thank you

Don't be daft.
OP, uninstall your junk apps. One of them is adware!
