you will not find application outside Market. You should buy a wifi router and stop spamming.
Thats not entirely true... They have a backup of several APKs at android-dls. You need to enable Non-Market installation though (Settings -> Applications-> First Checkbox). Hope this helps!
P.S. They're only free apps obviously

I already did enable the non-market..
I will try to go to that forum now to download this app installer to be able to install files with .apk ..
Right ?
I cant find the app. installer anywhere on the internet ..
Anyone knows where it may be located ?
You can just use Astro or Linda File Manager to browse your SD card for the .apk file.
Or, you can always just browse the website and download the .apk files from your phone and open them in the download manager.
hi, i've got a problem with playnow, it won't show anymore in Mediascape. so i found this com.sonyericsson.playnowstore.android element in the menu and even if I try to uninstall it via ADW it wouldnt go away from there. anyone's got the same problem? is there an apk which reinstalls playnow?
or should I just reinstall the firmware? that would be a pain in the @##.
Install OI file manager, go to system/app and there you will find playnow.apk
wohoo that was the ultimate solution. thanks!
I'm a total Android noob. Please be gentle >_<
Today I got my hands on this old Motorola Flipout, reset it to factory settings, and I'd like to root it.
The file manager, however, is nowhere to be found, and I'm about to go mad. Where is it? :s
(No, there is no "file manager" in the menu, I checked a hundred times)
Never mind, I think I solved it.
It's called "Quickoffice", apparently.
Else, Download One from play Store, like ES File Explorer ^^
Sent from somewhere...
Hello
I have just installed Cyanogen Mod on my Xperia Z2 Tablet (why the hell didn't I do this earlier) !!
I have an app installed that I need to give root access to, however, I can't see it under the normal data\app folder to move it to system\app. Is there some different way that Cyanogen Mod works for this?
Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

...solved it! Managed to get hold of the apk before installing and moved that to system app. I then installed the application. I still then had to manually move it out of data app to system app, but the end result was what I was after.

I need help. I unintentionally uninstalled my Download Manager, a system application. How do I get it back? Does anyone have another that they can send to me?
