I want the names of best kernel for following purpose
1. Kernel with best battery backup
2. highest overclock
3. Best performance
4. Lagless
I want them for cm13(6.0.1)
All names should be of different kernels

Guys I have a question.
I have stock rom but I'm using custom kernel expecially for UnderVolt.
I want UV not for battery life, that IMHO don't get incresed that much, but for heat reason.
Is it possible to have a stock kernel just with undervolting? Would be that hard to build such a kernel by myself?

No, you cannot undervolt with a stock kernel. If you know how to enable undervolting in a kernel then good job!

Why would you prefer stock kernel vs other custom one? You get better results witth custom
In the Harsh kernel thread he's provided stock kernel with UV several times you can do a search there or ask there, also Harsh kernel itself is modified stock kernel with tons of optimizations, UV etc
hi guys I'm new at kernel section. I flashed Franco Kernel over PA rom. Can someone suggest me some CPU GPU (and if there's a more section that we can change for better battery life and performance) settings ?
There's no need to double post this again.
Leave the settings at default and give it a couple of days.

Hello i have a rooted nexus 4 and i want to install a room on it but i don't want rooms with too much features but i want a room that will give me a better speed and battery life
Thank you

So... stock?
The rom doesn't really matter, its the kernel that makes a speed difference. Browse thru the kernels in android development section

I read about pure speed x rom ( psx ) but i wanted to know if there's a better rom
All things come at a cost, so desiring both insane speed and insane battery life might not be possible... But, if you're looking for a lot of speed and decent battery life, here's what I've done:
1. Download and nstall the most recent 'codefireXperiment nightlies', which you can find here: http://downloads.codefi.re/synergy/codefireXperiment-Mako/nightlies/mr2. (Y'know the whole shebang, GAPPS are to be downloaded/installed as well)
2. Download and install the latest Faux123 kernel for JSS. Look at his first post for battery saving settings that you can use with Trickster Mod.
3. Download and install an app called Greenify from the Play Store + download and install either FauxClock or Trickster Mod from the Play Store.
4. Profit

as suggested above : update your kernel indeed.
Did you upgrade to JRW66Y first ?
Be carefull to choose the right kernel version : JWR, not JSS ones.
I'd suggest you to use Paranoid Android's latest build with AK kernel and Nova launcher.
Set CPU governor to interactive and GPU to ondemand. You will have very decent battery life and great preformance.
Hello guys,
since Google doesn't offer Android 6.0 for our Nexus 4 I flashed a current custom ROM (PureNexus) and a custom Kernel (Quanta V10) on mine.
Now I would like to undervolt it but before I start I still have some questions:
1. I want to make sure that I have a clear backup of the current status of the ROM, so that I can flash it back if something goes wrong when I set the settings on boot. The problem: I don't really know what app I am supossed to use.
2. Is it possible to deactivate some cores of the CPU?
3. Can I also undervolt the GPU?
4. Is there a better stability benchmark than Antutu?
I hope some of you can help me. Thanks!

1) The best way to make a full, complete backup is through nandroid. A nandroid will restore your phone exactly like it was if something goes wrong. Do this through your custom recovery.
2)On some kernels, yes it is possible. This setting would be found under the CPU hotplug settings in your Kernel manager if the kernel supports it.
3) To the best of my knowledge, Undervolting the GPU is not possible on the nexus 4.
4)I believe Antutu is the best one out there.
Just for your information, if you are undervolting for battery, you should know that it has been shown that you will be saving a negligent amount, and can greatly increase the risks of instability. If you are doing it for heat reduction, than I understand, but still please take it slow and be careful.
Hi just want to know which rom is fast and have a good battery life and closest to stock with stock kernel also what do you recommend me?
Depends on the S5 model. There are over 40 variants.
For G900F?[emoji14]

Flash stock rom, root, flash custom recovery, remove bloats using titanium backup, flash custom kernel beofella done best stock rom for me lol...
Phoenix rom i guess
I second that. Stock Marshmallow is excellent once you remove the bloatware.
If you want to make it even better I recommend Boeffla Kernel (boeffla.de) – ATTENTION IT IS JUST FOR G900F! It has a very easy to use configuration app and ready-made profiles for battery saving, undervolting etc. Just remember to take it easy when undervolting, start small with -25mV, run the Stability Test app a few minutes, see how it goes. Usually -25mV should be more than enough. In fact I'm using one of the Boeffla profiles that does exactly that, -25mV on the voltage and limit the frequency to 1.7GHz and I was getting 0.2% battery/hour in idle. (On a fresh install without any apps yet, granted, lol.)
based on stock mm, great bat life, imo try SUPERLite MiNi MM *361mb*
