So i had my phone shutdown suddenly today and everytime i try to boot it shows a box with power off (shutting down) and it powers off immediately though it is booting to the recovery normally and with no issue
tried factory reset from recovery ,flashing the ROM again with wiped both cache and dalvik but it's still no working..i was running [WIP] AOSP 7.0 V6 by zaclimon and not rooted
any ideas ? (sorry for my bad english )
any help guys ?
Try to sideload TWRP again and re-flash other rom.
If it does not working, then probably your battery might be dead.

Hi,
my phone was already rooted and I wanted to update it. But now I'm stuck in cwm recovery and now it won't let me reboot. The USB doesn't work either. I have wiped data/factory reset but nothing changed. Does anyone have any tips?
Download the latest factory image from google and flash it though fastboot.
Hold down the power button for ~10 seconds and it should force your Nexus 4 to power off and reboot.
My phone won't boot after installing the latest DU custom rom. I followed the steps here https://plus.google.com/+AlexCruz/posts/JJ5d9v6DArW - rooted and installed latest clockwork mod recovery, did a backup, and wiped everything, then installed the custom rom. But now it is stucked at the Dirty Unicorns boot screen.. Please help.
Some extra info: I was on 4.2.2 (802 international) before the flash
Edit: i can't even get to recovery now, by holding power and volume down buttons at LG logo. Is my phone dead?

Are you getting to the factory hard reset prompt? You have to go through that to get back into the recovery. Then you can just restore from Backup.

i was on stock 4.2.2 i am also stuck... i tried to flash recovery ... now i am stuck at fastboot mode... no recovery no download mode even my pc is detectiing my phone as a usb modem phone adb port... dont know what to do... have no idea if my phone is recoverable or not?

"You should be able to get to CWM recovery by using the hardware button (power and volume down held down, flash LG logo for a second, and then shuts off--only then you can turn it back on by holding power and volume down together until LG logo pops on, then let go of both buttons quickly, hold down both power and volume down again, and then quickly let go of the volume down button: a white factory reset screen should pop up and then you can push power button alone twice to enter CWM recovery).
If above does not work, you may need to KDZ back to stock using download mode (google LG G2 download mode) and USB cable (the one that comes with the phone as some USB cable won't work as they're charge only cable). You'll have to reroot with IOROOT25 and start over again."

I have no idea what fastboot or download mode is but your phone should be soft-bricked? If you can get into recovery or the factory reset screen you should be safe.
I wasn't able to get into the recovery at first but then I kept trying and trying and managed to get in by luck. Lol. I then wiped everything including Dalvik cache in Advanced and rebooted and was relieved to find it booted into Dirty Unicorns. I guess i was lucky.
i was on cloudyg2 3.0 (Lollipop) then i decided to flash resurection remix rom (lollipop) i booted into recovery mode via third party app and flashed rom and gapps and wiped dalvik cache and cache and then rebooted my device.
after reboot it stuck on lg logo screen and nothing happens, i tried to go into recovery mode by pressing volume down and power buttons but it reboots on lg log screen and nothing happens..
please help me to fix this problem i dont know what wrong i have done..
I just flashed aosp ROM and then Google apps are not responding properly so I factory reset my phone and its stucked at logo and goes to recovery mode , it doesn't booted to the system , just its sticks at logo and went to recovery mode when I try to switch on and I wiped my internal memory too I flashed different ROMs but it only stuck in logo and went to recovery mode ... Please help me asap !!!

Its just a soft brick i fixed this using sp flash tool
I have installed nuclearom 6. the problem started after i got fingerprint hardware not found error. Suddenly the phone got into bootloop. The phone shows 'zuk' and 'powered by android ', followed by 'radioactive kernel' screen. I cant turn off the phone unless it runs out out of battery. I can go into twrp recovery, however the phone reboots automatically after 5-6 seconds in recovery. The same with fastboot also.
I have tried wiping delvik cache, cache, system (yes the os) and data.
Npthing worked. Please help.
