Samsung Galaxy Note 2 64GB

Hi friends,
i am a new user here.
As everyone is waiting for Samsung Galaxy Note 2 64GB variant,i am also one of them.
In India,4G version is not available.
So,i need a help from all of you.
Please inform me when 64GB version comes and When Note 2 4G arrives India.
I found this after lot of research.

I can buy from that link but i am afraid of that it works with Indian 3G and 4G networks or not and 64GB 3G VERSION IS AVAILABLE THERE but i need 64GB 4G LTE VERSION.
By the way,i am looking for the NOTE 2 4G LTE 64GB VERSION IN INDIA.
If you have any suggestions for me,then please let me know in the comments.

In India, 64gb version note 2 won't be released. It happened before, in the case of s ii and s iii and note...You can buy from overseas or you can opt for 64 gb memory card .

Please don't forget? Sure. Why not. Instead of you keeping up with things and staying on top of current releases, XDA, in it's entirety, will become your personal notification service. Don't worry. As soon as the 64GB Note II is available in India, XDA will let you know right away; and it won't forget.

Sure as soon as the 64GB version is out XDA will send you a message on your washing machine and as soon as you hear the beeping sound from your oven get brain out and plug it back in.:silly:

There is way more laughs on the international forum as opposed to the T-mo variant

I wanted 64GB 3g version but its hasn't released and it wont be, 32GB however released but in small quantity and it almost gone,
bottom line is Samsung says something and does something else.

What they are saying is you have to keep aware on your own. We are not going to do the work for you and let you know if or when it happens.
And right now the 64g model is mostly a myth.

Not a myth, Note II 32GB and 64GB version does exist, but for now only for Korean market (different model number),
As for 64GB S III International version, it released in my country as "Limited Edition". I own the 64GB blue version.
I'm mentioning 64GB S3 because I know the rest of the world hasn't see it, but it already available in my country. Released on October.
Funny thing is, 32GB S3 is not released here...

Its probably a fake Note 3 with a Mediatek cpu made by HDC mate. look on google for HDC Galaxy Note 3 N9002 MTK6589T. Look on the box for Samsung stickers, in the bootscreen animation for Samsung and model name and on the battery if it says Samsung.

There are many fake Samsung devices in China, sometimes you have to look hard to see if its a genuine device. The price of the device could be indication, look for the Samsung name on the Battery, in the bootanimation you should see Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9002 and look in settings/about phone/device info/ for info. Just saying to be carefull and make sure you get the right one

HDC Galaxy Note 3 N9002

Hey everyone!
I bought this phone last Christmas on LightInTheBox.
This is all what I can find on my phone (software and hardware):
- HDC Note 3
- Type behind battery: n9002
- Model (what android tells me): U9000
- Runs on android 4.3
- Kernel dates from 3 Decembre 2013
- CPU-type: MT6589 quad core
- ROM: 8Gb
- RAM: 1Gb
- Dual SIM
So I'm having a few troubles I really can't seem to be able to solve:
- When phone is on Edge (E) it constantly locks by itself (goes to lockscreen).
- Can't change the background of the lock screen, there is no function built-in to change this.
- When I go to settings > check for software update it always tells me: there's is no new version but I also get a pop-up screen at the same saying 'failed connecting to the internet' so that clearly doesn't work either.
Can anyone help me solve these problems? Or is there a newer ROM avaiable (link ?) because I can't seem to find one for this specific phone.

This is the difference between a REAL Galaxy Note 3 and the chinese knockoff.... If you bought it as a Note 3 thinking it was real, I'm sorry to say you were had. Hopefully it was only around $250US as that is what it's worth from a lot of sites.
Unfortunately though as you bought a knockoff you can't use any of the Note 3 firmwares, roms, recoveries or method to update/root or modify it....
The only thing you might be able to do, and it's a long shot, check with the site/shop you bought it from and see if they will give you an update, though I wouldn't hold my breath...

But yeah, I am well aware of the fact that I have bought a knockoff! 750 € is a ridiculous amount of money for a phone, that's why i decided to buy this one. Thx anyway for the reply..

I may buy a Rose Gold Korean Note 3 tommorow. Help!

Hey guys, a buddy of mine bought a Rose Gold Note 3 while he was in Korea and now is selling it. I am thinking about buying it off of him even though it is not compatible with LTE here in Canada.
My main concern though is if the phone can be rooted and if there is a variety of Roms that can be put on it. I base my buying decision on this with every phone I get.
Is this phone considered different to the development community than say an American Note 3? Will this cause a seperation in the Rom development?
The phone runs a Snapdragon 800 and not the Exynos.

ps. Would you get this phone over the M8?

What is the model of the phone? For example the international version is called SM-N9005, please answer this so we can help you out

Take a look here if you want it rooted/custom ROM'd/modded. This is the main thread for Korean Note 3s. I'm pretty sure if he didn't update it often you can still use towelroot.

n9006 vs. n9005 differences

Hello,
my dad is thinking about buying note 3 n9006 variant, n9005 is also an option, but price difference in our contry is huge. About 150€+ between these models. From specs I can see that only difference is internal memory, and it's ridiculous to pay that much just for extra 16GB. So I'm wondering is there any other major differences between these two models? For ex. camera quality, display quality, and overall quality of the phone.
Any input would be appreciated.

Samsung SM N9006 is not only dual sim , I have this phone and is the single SIM variant,difference between the two phones is the model 9006 comes without the Play Store installed.

Thanks for replys. After reading whole thread @JJEgan pointed me to, we went to check our local seller that had the phone, and after checking it, I'm pretty sure it was one hell of a good clone, so we've given up on buying it.

In my country, no. Official samsungs resellers do not have Note 3 in stock and will not getting any of it. In some other stores there's a used ones, and "new" ones which appears to be clones.

If the screen was Super Amoled, which is not hard to check, then it wasn't a clone...
