Hi, I'm having an issue here with my ALE-L21, sometimes when I'm in a call the receiver says that my voice is very low, this issue is happening randomly, sometimes they hear me well and sometimes they cannot hear me due to the low voice, I have no idea what is the cause of this issue, so any help will be appreciated.
Try to disable "virtual HD call" from dailer settings. Maybe it's the reason

When I answer my phone or dial someone, I hear my reminder sound three times. (Not through the back speaker though)
Very annoying, because then I don't hear what the other person is saying.
Also sometimes my phone gives a vibrate for no reason.
Is anybody experiencing the same?
Is there a fix for this issue?
I just wanted to ask whether anyone else was having problems making calls. Sometimes when receiving or making calls I have the problem that the person on the other end is not able to hear me. I however can hear them perfectly and crystal clear. Is anyone else having this issue? The issue is usually resolved when I redial, but it's pretty annoying at times.
I'm on Vodafone UK.
The first call I made this happened to me, I think my head pressed against something to place the call on hold. The only indication you get that the call is held is a little pause icon in the task bar.
I've had this a number of times when the Hero has been connected to my Bluetooth car kit.
Even once its disconnected, I dial out and the caller hears me but I do not hear their ring tone or voice.
Turning Bluetooth off and then on again seems to cure it.
Random, does not happen all the time.
The Hero will also think its still connected to the car kit even after the car is turned off and I'm a long long way from it.
Same cure as above releases the 'connection'.
I've also noticed I get a pop up that says 'Bluetooth Headset Disconnected' when it was not or had not been connected for a long time.
Seems confused.
Hello, does anyone experience this? You call someone and then it doesnt ring.. I tried like 3 people and it does the same thing.. eventually it disconnects...
this happens to me sometimes, eventually the other person on the line will hang up because im still thinking its trying to connect. i usually put it on speaker so i hear the ringing then turn it right back off. but yes, i do have this issue.
yes i have this issue with CM5b3....if you set it to speaker then back to regular it will work, im not sure if this is a CM issue or just a n1 issue....i also noticed it happens mainly when the call previous was on speaker phone when the call ended, seems to be a problem in the sound routing subsystem
Ok, this is my problem, I just got the phone, did a factory reset and then I put my SIM, it gets a good signal and 4G network, I installed all my apps and everything was great, but when I tried to make a test call it seems like the call ends, I only hear the first beep and the sound is gone (but the call is still going), I cant hear the other person, they also cant hear me, I've tried Groove IP and it works great, on the earpiece, headphones, etc. both mics work great, I cant get any sound when calling using the dialer, there is a beep and the earpiece sound is gone.
I also get the "Conditional call forwarding active" pop up.
Any insight on this? :crying:
Thanks
I've been having this problem where I call someone or they call me and they can't hear me. The microphone seems to be working fine for Google Now and other stuff. But it's the Phone app that seems to be the problem. After a couple days of turning the volume to silent/normal/silent/normal, the Phone app's microphone becomes muted. People can't hear me when they call or I call.
This seems to be a bug in the LG phone app. Anyone ever have this problem?
