Anyone know if this can be accomplished ? using the gear manager app available in the play store ? I have tried with no luck to get the manager software to recognize the watch.
There's already another thread about this, but the answer yes they play nice with each other.
you have to reset the watch in order for it to work.

Works well here also.
I have the same issue with my Gear S. A friend of mine has the S2 that pairs with his V20 but I also cannot get the Gear App to pair with the watch. I am able to get them to connect via the bluetooth menu but not the Gear app

I am having the exact same problem. My Gear S pairs with my v20 through Bluetooth but the Gear manager does not see it. I also no longer have the option to factory reset my Gear S. How do you do that?
Any link to the correct gear manager apk?

I hope that there will be a solution soon too, but for now I'm using my Note 3 and Wifi to sync everything for now.
I'd be thrilled if someone figured this out. My husband was given a gear s and since he already has a Garmin something or other, the gear could be mine. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get it working with my v10. I didn't even try with the v20.
I wish I could pair the Apple Watch I wasted my money on. I wasn't planning on switching to Android so soon. lol

One of the ones that was preinstalled. High contrast I think it was called. I switch around ever couple days. Don't remember the names of themes.

When I bought my Tab this past weekend (BB 202 Wilmington DE) there was a Samsung rep there and he was telling me that Samsung is developing a hand writing app to use with a standard stylus. Part of the screen, think where your keyboard will be will be dead as a wrist rest and the screen was designed to be used with line drawing so no lag. So anyway he goes on and says that there is going to be an app like one note coming out as well.
I didn't think anything of it really till i was looking at Samsung's website for a case for this and I saw that one of the accessories was a really nice capacitive typed pens. I just thought it was an odd coincidence. Also I did ask him where he heard this he said he was at Google IO and they were talking about it there. Anybody heard any of this or was this dude full of ish?

There was a bluetooth pen or something like that on presentation video from samsung, but it was supposed to make calls or something like that as i understood.
Btw Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 best device ever! Nah jk it is pretty cool though.

I am unable to find anything related to this issue. (Not sure what exactly to search for)
I'm facing the same issue on nexus 7, Samsung GS3, my friend's GS4 and note800.
YouTube app displays this wireless TV icon at the center of any video and dims the actual video. Have tried going into all its settings but have been unable to remove it.
Any idea what this is actually about, and how to remove it?

Thanks for answering. No, I don't have chromecast, and no one else uses this WiFi network except me.
That's what is baffling.
I only see this icon sometimes. Touching, swiping, or any gesture on this icon doesn't do a thing.

All your devices got that problem? Or all videos in ur N7 got that problem??
I think its something to do with YouTube app, all devices can't be suffering from same bug... I notice this whenever I stream over WiFi. Also happens when I send audio through Bluetooth speakers. Can't find the correct setting to turn this off.
Edit: Finally! Google fixed it in today's update to YouTube app. " chromecast icon appears when bluetooth is on"

It is similar to that of the Note 7 but you won't get all the notifications yet. I'm really waiting for the Note 7 features to be on the S7 Edge since this is their only flagship now along with the S7.
It now shows music track info! Works with Google Music, others have said Spotify as well. This is a great unexpected update.

Ya hopefully the quick notifications access like note 7 comes through i miss that. This is a great update though
Can anyone post the apk for this. I have been trying to download the update and cant wont have wifi for the next few weeks either.
It doesn't show any of the notifications, I've even cleared cache and Badge Provider cache, still can't get my notifications to show, uninstalled the update, everything works fine.

I've been using the awesome icons app for ages on my stock s7 Edge on marshmallow, last night I was upgraded to Nougat, since then I've noticed that although the icons are still changed the unread badges are no longer working.
Does anyone have any ideas or alternative apps that I can use, I'm unrooted and want to stay that way.

I have the exact problem too, desperate to seek for a solution. I emailed the app developer already, but they didn't reply me........ I tried other similar apps, they have the same problem....maybe it is a big of Samsung or Nougat.......
If you find a solution please let me know and I'll do the same, it's such a shame as it's ruining my lovely theme.

And there are other bugs too. Push notification delay all the time, or even no notification at all. I didn't use any power saving....

Yes, they replied me too. Same answer.
I think it is a big of nougat, maybe it need to be fix by Samsung.........try to contact with Samsung developer then.
